Well who have had.

Now I'm out on an expert and exercising folks.

But I look at very interesting and very well designed study looking at over at 16100 people.

And let's put this in perspective what they found -- -- That 10% of that group of people that they looked at had problems in heart health.

All the -- we don't blood pressure cholesterol insulin levels.

The rest of course benefit from -- had -- sort improvement in in overall hard our risk factors so what this is telling you is that.

That exercise perhaps in it in a group of people.

That may have on the line risk factors for heart disease.

This group has to be a little bit careful.

And they can continue to exercise.

But they have to respectively monitor what their that would their -- things like blood pressure nonetheless.

A little bit more about that because some of our viewers might have a higher blood pressure -- -- that they have heart disease and their family and often times and you know you have a certain history here.

Our -- -- you think you know I'm an exercise more to compensate for what could potentially be something you know what more challenging had to deal with playing well.

Well in other critics of this study and again I'm gonna say again this was a very well designed study.

The critics are saying well look you found out normality -- in cholesterol and insulin so want.

But it did not prove that those folks have increased heart attacks down the line because it was not a long term study.

Nonetheless the facts are the facts if the insulin so we're -- the cholesterol went up there especially -- bad cholesterol.

In the blood pressure got worse because of the exercise.

Then that makes you think for a moment and that's why.

You should if you thinking let's say you're out of shape let's say maybe I'm out of shape right.

And you tell me.

Let's go start exercising three or four times a week and -- -- you know I'll -- because I like general read our as -- threat that before I do that I should get a very thorough physical.

And I should be aware that exercises by the fact that is a very good thing for people to do.

May not -- be beneficial for me so I have to sort of look at that or is it kind of exercise right handed and I guess you know exercise.

Look nothing in health is just has one answer and people think oh.

I'm -- exercise every day I don't wanna live to be under usual.

That's just not the way it works and it -- in medicine.

So this just points out to the fact that for some people he could be a little problematic.

-- you work along with your doctor and then -- you know alternate different kinds of exercises how often for how long.

Do you need to dig blood medicine.

Especially you know if you exercise or not all of those things you need to do.

But the bottom line is that it continues to be beneficial to exercise.

And also this is -- looking at heart disease remember arthritis mental health.

It it has a lot of positive impact so that said you wanna go for a jog this afternoon have you get my you know I have a very nice -- you see how.

All the people who don't Honolulu are great but I'll be right there we'll get some photos of that and that's when Stewart and of course something that might have to balance everything out and -- what I expected.
