The jury found -- not guilty on one count of accepting illegal campaign donations from heiress Rachel bunny Mellon in 2008.
But it could not reach a verdict on the other five counts which included other allegations regarding illegal campaign donations conspiracy and filing false financial reports.
The judge urged jurors to continue deliberating the other counts -- 45 minutes later they send her a note indicating they were confident.
