Did tech gadgets and gizmos Levy a little confused and lost wealth -- -- -- a little advice from -- tech guru and FOX & Friends we can anchor mr.
Clayton Moore as he joins us -- to answer all -- tech questions.
So we asked folks on FaceBook good morning kind.
We asked people on face but.
Ted what are their questions about gadgets gizmos and this was the first one which is a bet which is better Kindle or not or should I just get an iPad as well -- -- -- this is from -- -- are two different questions really because if you just want a -- if you -- book reading device you can read in the sunlight you can just throw your purse and only read books on the I would say actually pick up the Kindle I think the environment that Amazon has created is really strong you -- thousands and thousands of books for -- dramas on the books are relatively cheap of course.
But they're two different things if you want to be able to surf the Internet.
Reading the Internet on a Kindle or -- is a terrible experienced typing on his little keyboard buttons it's really really slow and clunky.
So and on an iPad there's really nothing you can't do now on an iPad you can do on a laptops are two different things but for 79 dollars to pick up an Amazon Kindle.
Throw in your purse headed to beach.
I have days and days of battery life to read a book and a bright sunlight.
Really can't be peace that is just your read to get the Kindle or cannot get but it you're everything else everything else get an iPad which is much more expensive how much -- you're looking at another couple hundred dollars but then of course it's a completely different right.
Place right question number two.
What will be different about it from the iPhone four in the four asked this is from daddy how.
I have to say I get this question may be twice three times a day from viewers yes every year you can count on a company releasing a new version of their device so if you're always waiting you're never gonna buy a -- right.
Yes I think that apple was probably going to release the iPhone 5 probably the end of September may be the early part of October.
It's probably gonna have a larger display screen.
It's going to be faster so it'll be on the next generation wireless technology so -- -- -- -- LT what does that mean.
It just means faster got you so you're gonna see -- a bigger screen and I think there's going to be a lot of new -- improvements in there.
Interesting ways to ask questions of your phone by talking back to that voice assistant.
And a whole other look at maps I think Apple's really working on -- ball like three different mapping companies.
So the way in which we think of maps and GPS.
Gonna compete will be completely different come the fall -- To push that arrow to update your GPS sort of thought -- right up tonight I didn't question number three is what is the next big thing and television.
Now that we have HD and TVs -- since then are they going to get to the point that they are flexible.
Billy -- -- -- us and told us adults.
Actually I like this from -- you know I was at CES in Vegas this year which is the Consumer Electronics -- I saw a lot of flexible display Samsung making really interest -- displays that are almost -- -- you can -- -- -- -- that and television well you might not needed and -- television but you might -- -- flexible displays -- -- Smartphones you can drop them they're also actually invincible but from TV's I think in the next few weeks -- Apple's WW DC developer conference you're gonna see something interesting in -- television space.
I think there's going to be a lot of Internet connected TVs and we've ever seen before so the win which we connect to Netflix.
But we also connect to different networks without a cable box that could be the future and flexible displays are thinner and lighter that you can drop on the floor and not worry about breaking.
You're so Smart thanks so much Clayton -- -- --
