-- -- voter fraud could actually swing an election yes.

Yeah I do yeah I think.

As I think Wisconsin voters are where I have faith in the electoral.

System I have faith in the people.

You know this is higher -- turns out is going to be done -- the -- -- be cross not the going to be data.

One voter told us that the campus or asked for his aunt if she supported walker.

And when the voter said he didn't know he was given an absentee ballot application to sign on her behalf.

But officials in the city clerk's office caught it among others say it's apparent voter fraud.

It just takes more work when people try to defraud the system and but we caught it we knew we -- we've never had one slip through sound.

-- -- -- welcome what what are you concerned about.

Well -- as we go into the recall election on Tuesday here in -- state -- Wisconsin Wisconsin has a history of tight elections and narrow outcomes.

And voter fraud could sway the election one way or the other now going into Tuesday the state is at -- disadvantage from where it could be right now.

Keep voting provisions that could have -- -- to protection in the -- belt laws are no longer in place as a Dane County judge.

Has asked for the State's voter -- -- to be suspended ahead of Tuesday's elections so there is -- voter ID at the moment.

There is no voter ID laws at the moment and there's also the fact that an absentee ballots as you mentioned moments ago there are reports.

That some belts have been distributed perhaps improperly.

So as we move forward the integrity of the process could be in question at this moment and really right now.

Wisconsin is already -- three brutal election cycle since 2010 now we're moving into the second round of recall elections on Tuesday.

And any public confidence that could be shaken by the outcomes and by the presence of voter fraud.

Would only -- to the division that we're seeing in the stadium that does not speak well for the outcome that we -- to see on Tuesday in terms of having public confidence at least restored.

In electoral process and state.

While they federal Department of Justice they're sending an election monitors and and and -- filled deputy cart -- O'Brien and you should call the stuff.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- That someone could be intercepting the ballots perhaps what if this storm.

Well I think there's a lot of anecdotal evidence right now and certainly there will be investigations into this it's fascinating to keep in mind though that one video leading organizations that's been responsible for early turnout early voting trails -- in the city of Milwaukee.

It actually has two of their top aides are currently under investigation by the Milwaukee -- district attorney's office for voter fraud committed last year.

And those have been leading the foot of the charge against the states photo ideologue -- -- -- -- -- that many believe.

Whatever at least strengthen the integrity real of the election here those -- to that person leading the charge against the law were actually found guilty of voter fraud in 2008.

So it's -- to see that there really a case of people being investigated and prosecuted for voter fraud.

That are leading the charge and as a voter well what should be a -- if.

You know a lot of a lot of good what a lot of people say it's overblown they say that that there isn't that much in 2004 out of three million votes seven or an eligible in 2008.

Only twenty people were charged the center for media and democracy.

For example says that that it's it's this is overblown here's Lisa graves which was what she told us.

There's a real fear that somebody's people who have been stoked.

On the use a false claims these baseless claims of a one or two point.

One -- two points of election fraud well actually intimidate.

Potential voters.

So what's your reaction of that.

Well certainly -- to see that the voter integrity is now become a partisan issue with the left being as saying there's none here and in the right of course looking at saying there is something here.

Would voter fraud we used to discover after an election that's the unfortunate thing about it they have -- act takes place election outcome comes in.

We can do the outcome of any particular election because of voter fraud.

But the public confidence is shaken when you have just one instance of voter fraud you've brought into question the entire process and that's why needs to be pursued and that's why certainly.

Watchdog organization sisters -- own and others here in the state of Wisconsin are working to make sure.

That's a blue light is shed on this type of stuff because we don't wanna see that the elections tainted and we don't need to see voter fraud bring into question the outcome of -- is audio.

Certainly no one wants to see that Brian -- my thanks so much of the conservative watchdog group media trackers in there is that voter fraud investigation now going on.

Of a handful of ballots missing without a leads and of course if you suspect voter fraud we live there it is voter fraud at foxnews.com has our address for any allegations.
