Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina -- in the fox extreme weather center with your forecast for the southeast.

And it is going to be a hot day out across portions of the plains of south.

And even into the state of Florida take a look at how hot it's gonna get out there into the 90s94.

In Tallahassee Florida incredible stuff 98 degrees your high temperature and were into the mid ninety's this afternoon in the city of Orlando Florida and as we head northward we also have some that -- -- spreading spreading into portions of the city of Saint Louis like.

Where you guys are gonna see -- high 89 degrees.

A bit cooler over and almost 77 degrees -- -- high temperature but that -- will stay in place out there.

Four today and into tomorrow we're also -- see some areas of very heavy thunderstorms across the southeast today from portions of Arkansas.

Fed off towards the east across portions of Tennessee also northern portions of Alabama and Georgia so we could be scenes in traffic police and fortunately out here.

And -- storms could actually produced some isolated severe weather in the form of large hail and damaging wind -- On this quarter so keep that in mind throughout the day again from Georgia up into portions of Tennessee and even Arkansas and eastern portions.

Other -- of Oklahoma so as we head into take a look at future radar.

Missing them also that moisture will slowly spreading east -- so by Tuesday morning you could be seen some delays on the roadways -- he had to work.

And as we head into Wednesday morning most of those areas will begin to dry out as that moisture continues his push.
