The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has denied a last ditch effort to delay the child sex abuse trial of the former Penn State assistant football coach.
And the ruling came on the same day that we learned Jerry send us he's alleged victims will have to use their real names identifying themselves in trial.
As you -- -- Jerry send -- -- Penn State's former defensive coordinator he's accused of abusing ten boys and faces more than fifty charges.
Some reported incidents were inside the football team's locker rooms or buildings.
Jury selection is set to begin tomorrow of course the case exploded late last year and badly -- carnage that universities longstanding reputation.

These young men have to take the stand and paint a picture of exactly what happened in.
And have those jurors hear those details -- that messes up with what.
What they really think happened.
And the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rule later today that no more delays also no cameras photographs audio recordings no emails tweets.

Do not have to share with the defense their pretrial research into potential jurors.
