And I had a chance I was going to our governors association meeting and we get a chance to travel to Philadelphia.
And I went to independence hall.
As a kid we brought a small town I love this study history but my parents we did have a lot of money so we did it often go to places like Philadelphia Washington.
So for me it was the first trip to independence hall.
An -- I was so touched I would I stood in there and I looked at those -- and I looked at those chairs.
And even though as a kid growing up I thought of our our founders are superheroes is bigger than life standing in that -- it dawned on me.
That these were ordinary people.
Ordinary people we did something quite extraordinary.
They didn't just.
Just risked their political careers.
They didn't just risked their businesses.
-- literally risked their lives for the freedoms we hold so dear today.
-- Moments like that remind me why America and why -- -- are so great.
You see what has made our concrete.
Unbelievable what has made the United States of America.
Except through what has made the United States arguably one of the greatest countries in the history of the world.
Is that in times of crisis.
Be they economic or fiscal be they military our spirits show in times of crisis what has made America amazing.
He's been the fact that throughout our history.
Throughout the more than 200 years our -- our history there have been men and women of courage who stood up.
And decided it was more -- to look out for the future of their children and their grandchildren.
Then their own political.
And -- had sustained them.
What has sustain them here -- -- across our country.
It's been where there have been leaders and -- what has sustained and is there were good.
And decent people who stood with their shoulder to shoulder and arm in arm that's -- you have dot -- got -- Okay.
Tonight we tell Wisconsin.
We tell our country and we tell people all across the globe.
That voters really if you want leaders who stand up and make the top the second.
But now but now.
Now it is time to move.
And move boarded Wisconsin.

It's time to -- it's got the ball.
I've learned much over the last year to have.
There's no doubt about it out -- 2011 I rushed -- trying to fix things before I talked about.
Because -- -- years.
Too many politicians I've seen not only in Madison but it -- -- it beyond talked about things but never fix them.
Well but I -- to -- act look bad.
We know it's under it's important to -- cool look and I had to tackle the challenges that face all the people Wisconsin.
We're -- gonna be committed to talking together about how to solve problems and then working together we're gonna move forward to solutions.
That put our state back on the right track towards more freedom and more prosperity.
For all of our people.
Bring in our state together we'll take some time there's -- no doubt about.
But I want to start out right away.
The back next week -- -- by all the members of the state legislature.
Republican and Democrat alike and what better way to bring people together that it might have over surfers have brought us it's a Burger's right.
Maybe a little bit of -- was -- severe as well.
Because -- I believe there is more that unites us than divides us I believe that now the election is done we can move on and we can move forward I believe that for the sake.
Of our children and our grandchildren.
Now at the time for us to come together.
To tackle the challenges that face our small businesses the tackle the challenges that face our our families that are our businesses and our seniors and all the people care about the future of this state.
Now is the time to move forward.
And I got to tell you I've committed to and -- committed not just to all of you here I'm committed to everybody back at all what you voted for reenergize.

The most important reason I was willing to make the tough decisions.
And the most important reason why we're committed to work with anyone and everyone in this state who wants to help with the state sport -- the two young men standing in the -- back behind.
I believe -- I -- people all across the state -- we've had amazing numbers of people are not develop but I believe what inspires us in this state.
It's the back and ultimately we go to work and we work hard every day those of us were moms and dads just like to -- -- not the -- was a grant was you did the course.
