Well just over a year ago an American businessman working and Bolivia was arrested -- center of one of the world's most dangerous presence.

He's been on a hunger strike since April 16 strictly on -- -- diet and his health is deteriorating his mental capacities deteriorating.
We don't really have some -- showing up too much time to help you know put some pressure and got him home.
As it's been really really awful for the entire -- -- congressman -- what are you trying to do you're trying to -- State Department brought more attention Dennis to the two things we want to put the like a spotlight on this and just working even in Bolivia.
Where there's a movement to now between the -- Libyans who recognize the outrageousness of this charge.
But also we're trying to get our own State Department to move positively.
So far they very sent to diplomatic notes.
The charger d'affaires has not even met with that.
Us or striking yet.
This is an American citizen.
Incarcerated for yet no charges -- State Department has been very -- in moving on this.
We did reach out the State Department there was no official statement from them to us.
Hopefully you can get more answers on this front.
Right and I'm very thankful to congressman Smith for actually taking this case and he was trapped he traveled down there to Bolivia he was at the hearing -- today.
And he's taken up this cause and -- -- relentless way he's been successful in bringing people home who are US citizens so we hope for the same.
