This video is all about that professional look for starting with Suzanne we've had a little bit of a no make up make up and we're gonna kick it up and not from here.

-- -- -- First we're going on with a liner I think everybody looks good with a little bit of emphasis right the last line.

I would say you know especially for the office you wanna stick with -- don't -- for any color you want and just look really clean and professional.

We're gonna go back in and -- this out so don't worry about getting it too perfect.

Next step up we're gonna softness and -- Paula so I'm using a brush and -- in this fallout from every year working with pencils and brushes and blending this.

The best tip -- gave you always weight off your brush.

With the Kleenex in between people ask me often times -- like keep everything in place how to get my line in the last.

Just a little bit of powder on a very small brush landed over the whole island.

That actually is great for blending.

And setting that make up and place.

Now I can't emphasize enough on this professional look the importance of being polished pull together and neutral.

I'm using a medium brown keep -- -- and stay away from -- So with a deeper brown on.

-- -- add just a little bit more emphasis at that last line.

Nice and soft it's my G nothing too strong.

Keeping everything very blended and again very neutral.

Just gonna put on a couple more coats of mascara.

Just get a little more emphasis and lift on that -- so as you can see a little bit of emphasis on the ice but definitely not -- -- You know you're gonna be talking in this meeting you don't want to -- too much attention to your lips and to just any make up.

I think a great -- something that's just like on the color only better.

Last step a little bit of powder.

Just to take away that shine in the -- -- I'm using a very small brush so I can control the application.

And only putting it where it's needed.
