We walked -- my home every day we have storm shutters and the generator we make sure we have at least three days supply of food water.
Make sure the pets are taking care via food for them.

And we knew -- we didn't put a plan in place for those families to take care of them during disasters those those firefighters may not come back to work the next time.
So we did that and -- -- all business owners to have a plan in place for their employees for their families.

FaceBook all of those things almost social media thing throughout their now that make it much easier for us a contact for employees to make sure they're okay and their families are okay.
