We are awaiting a verdict in the Roger Clemens retrial closing arguments yesterday in that case against the seven time Cy Young award winner.

We do not expect that to happen even if he is convicted on some or all of those charges the sentencing guidelines would probably fall more in the range of fifteen to 21 months behind bars.
But he could go completely free that's all of the jury's hand snapping a brief meeting when -- got the case yesterday.
