Hello and welcome to justice -- -- -- -- She was a beautiful college student at a Metallica concert who went missing in October of 2009.

Her body found just months later.

But now the FBI has released a new sketch of the man they think killed her.

And he's also wanted for a brutal rape four years earlier.

More inheritance parents think there are even more victims Jill and doctor Dan Harrington join us from Charlottesville Virginia.

Welcome to both of you.

I can't -- next chance.

The loss that you have suffered and that we are also sorry here.

For your loss but grateful that you made -- -- that the decision join us tonight.

Doctor I'll start where you can you tell us factually what happened on the night that.

Morgan disappeared.

Yes Morgan was attending the Metallica concert -- the John Paul Jones arena at the University of Virginia with three other friends.

And after the first set Morgan went to the -- -- herself.

And apparently in the restroom was found to have had an injury to her face.

Subsequently she somehow meandered to the front of the building and left the building and was not allowed re entry.

To -- -- I'm -- -- I'm sorry doctor do we know how she suffered that injury to her face.

No we do we do not know.

Go ahead benefit but after -- -- after Morgan but after Morgan left the arena.

And was not allowed reentry.

She.

Wandered around the parking -- in front of the arena for.

Probably about an hour and ultimately ended up.

Ultimately ended up where if ultimately ended up -- With several basketball players being seen near the -- bridge she subsequently.

Was on the bridge.

And that was the last time she was seeing.

And when did you first hear that she was missing.

I -- were having some technical problems here but.

This was October 17 of 2009 that she goes to the concert.

She then it goes to the ladies room she has some kind of injury on her face.

And is allowed not allowed re entry to the arena.

And she.

Calls her friends is that correct doctor.

Where she actually did not call anybody -- -- received one call after she left the arena from.

Her friend who is in the arena.

And at that time more -- she was not going to be able to come back -- the concert and that she would find her way home.

You know the confusing piece of this is that home once two and a half hours away in Blacksburg Virginia and Morgan's car was in the was actually in the parking lot.

And Morgan had a designated driver -- she did not have her keys so Morgan was in the parking lot without transportation and so that she would find a way home.

Subsequently.

Ended up on -- bridge that was reported to be hitch -- and that it's the last report.

That anyone saw of Morgan.

And.

Jill what did the police tell you.

About finding your daughter.

Well and -- nesting phase -- was really the hardest face for us.

We were told that.

It was quite likely that more than would be found by a hunter wants the -- started to fall via -- My hunt and the police tells us and she had not been found that they think a hunter would -- -- and that.

Was not adequate for us we never want to sit back and wait passively.

From morning to be found -- we want it to find her and search for her.

And what and we actually put together from.

As a volunteer group that came and 2000 people.

It's been a week and looking for more than we subsequently also was we worked with a Q summer and about the time accuser was getting ready to do.

-- search for Morgan Morgan's body was found.

All right now.

Your daughter's body is found three months later in an open field where you told what the cause of death was.

We do not know the cause of death.

The police did not tell you the cause of death.

Now.

Do you think that's strange.

You know wait we have come to find I have little experience with law enforcement of any kind prior to this but.

It's a it's a very closed shop and it's it's a culture that found.

Them which is used to receiving information but not disseminating it even to victims' families at which has been frustrating at times but.

It seems to me like it's the nature of the beast.

Well it certainly wasn't when I was -- DA but let me ask you this -- Morgan was wearing a pan terra T shirt.

And that.

The night did she disappeared.

Three weeks after her disappearance but before her body is found this T shirt.

Was found can you tell us the circumstances surrounding the finding of that sure.

Yes there's the T shirt was found -- sort of displayed over a bush.

In the fraternity near the fraternity area of University of Virginia so actually it was about maybe a mile from where Morgan was last seen.

And certainly very far away from where Morgan's body ultimately was found.

And again we were unaware.

That speech T shirt had been found for many months.

So the police -- tell you that either but let me quickly move on to the fact that.

The DNA found on your daughter's teacher was connected -- -- to DNA from an unsolved rape.

Four years earlier and they had a sketch of that rapists in the unsolved rape case.

Why -- they been able to find this guy.

Well you know off oftentimes.

Sketches.

After a crime are notoriously inaccurate and again for years have passed so you know this is an individual that could have changed how he looked them.

Got rid of -- -- you know perhaps grew longer here perhaps shaved his head you know and finally and so.

Finally doctor and I I don't mean to rush -- I want I want to get this out.

Even though the DNA match was early in the year 2010.

They did release this sketch of the guy whose DNA at match until -- not.

Why it took so long.

I don't know why it took so long that that was I think an important piece because.

It was released after the University of Virginia students actually went home for summer and you know this was an an area of around.

The student population and I'm told that there were some searches that occurred.

When the sure it was found.

Honestly don't know that the the details of how how much in depth those -- Well very interesting -- -- -- I want to thank you so much for being with us this evening and -- we're gonna try to sort through this with our expert panel.

In into the investigation into Morgan's killer and next.
