Those details I have not been able to the determined as factual.

Now police add they didn't find any drugs or alcohol at the scene but -- he is reporting that king's fiancee told friends he was drinking and smoking marijuana Saturday.

-- he had admitted in the past to having a prescription for medical marijuana.

But we -- we won't know too much until toxicology reports.
