Well right the Justice Department didn't have much to say in a brief statement they think the jury for its service the department of course was asked to take this case.

By the house oversight committee chaired at that time by California's Henry Waxman.

Who said in a statement truthful testimony before congress is essential.

Clemens of the Justice Department because we had significant doubts about the truthfulness of his testimony you know wait.

I think the justice department for -- thorough and professional investigation.

And one member of congress Republican congressman Ted Poe of Texas said millions of dollars of taxpayers' money have been squandered in this prosecution.
