So I get to say a few days after.

It's just -- see in my parents will be there.

It's really get -- -- and -- -- everything.

Forming the golf and playing basketball but now I kind of view that as a blessing I got upper body strength and my -- -- -- across but on.

I had a heart surgery it later when I was fourteen I had sold it this way hurt my back after 2004.

And and kind of just one thing after another and that most of my career has felt like -- -- -- was in the constant state of the week.

And a while I think it was still making me get faster because obviously the injuries are coming from things that will be.

And -- I was fixing them but it finally feels like I'm now at a place where I don't have injuries.

I'm not really having all the time I'm just training and being able to -- what's.

My body in fact that I don't have to hear about.

You do mean it.

-- on that very different things aren't -- worrying about my -- giving out on me I can just.

Really does get into training and pushing myself trying to be the best appendectomy.

Is devastating monotony -- about -- eighteen.

I.

You train for so long and it comes down to about one today and to feel like.

I had done so much work.

Seats that we got that and it's meant that by hundreds of -- and but yet I always try to -- things a positive and I'm now looking back I think.

It allowed me to change I was training and allowed need to change I was viewing.

The sport in general I think if -- made the team -- would -- -- like.

And might be broken and I might be unhappy but something's working I just made -- And -- not making the team.

We've really gotten -- you you know work on injuries from the Alter my training so that I -- I'm healthier and figured out that I was gluten intolerant -- and it hasn't just been able to figure out so much about how I -- train how I want you to board.

Heating I'd have a lot to get up and race and put my involvement.

I think not making the team allowed me to make those changes anything I had I'm not.

James Bond.

He's.

In and then -- I grew up watching the -- behind -- -- Austin Powers and it you know.

Where arrived.

It's not really not really -- it and I love action movies again.
