By road rage in Los Angeles now police are asking for your help to locate the man behind this vicious attack Trace Gallagher is live in Los Angeles -- I -- they -- -- a lot of videotape fights and this one's unusual because the guy who's actually videotaping this thing has very much a front row seat and they look at this the guy pulls up and he's actually rolling down his window as the fight starts right so you rolled the window down.

And the fight keeps going videotapes the whole thing you've got three Hispanic man who NF.

Volkswagen Jetta on the left and there's an African American man on the right it's -- roll up sleeves the whole nine yards right.

You can hear have you listened closely there are forms kind of -- in the background -- that's because this is on interstate five.

Near downtown Los Angeles one of the busiest freeways are -- but nobody gets -- to help the guys seem on the ground over there.

They follow them pretty good these three guys get in the car they catch the license plate as it goes away but -- old buddy gets out to help the -- on the -- there's one guy finally who's looking around like -- I think I should call 911.

These guys -- to decide they finally get out and help him.

We asked police that they were asked to -- if they thought this might be a hoax listen to what they say.

Again that's always something we take into consideration that was an initial flight yesterday but again hence the reason for the column this morning we realize the videos out there.

And we'd like to utilize that to get some additional information whether it's from the involved parties.

Or from any witnesses that may have any information regarding.

The occurrence.

When they talk about a hoax they -- was this might actually stage now police have -- one of the men involved in the fight -- also contacted him.

And thereby gained one of the cars involved in the fight could clearly see the license plate as it drove away.

Again they're not telling us much more about that all -- -- for the time being Shannon is they are taking this very seriously.

And they want to talk to everybody who was involved in.
