New developments in a road rage -- -- caught on tape in California that left one man lying in the road now two suspects.

The man described as the victim came forward and then last evening to suspect simply turn themselves into the California Highway Patrol office.

May have been booked on assault charges this fight.

That actually happened back on June 12.

And if it wasn't for the Internet and -- but the fact that someone taped this on their Smartphone.

We perhaps would have never known about it what you see is the man that we're describing as a victim in sort of that Marie shirt shirt.

He says he was cut off by another car.

And they came out of their vehicles this is -- on the side of the freeway near downtown Los Angeles and confronted him the video shows three men arguing -- first on the side of the freeway then the victim and one of the three square off.

They exchanged blows -- a second -- jump sand and take that victim to the ground they each kicked him in the head three times.

They're incredibly they all got up and eventually drove away from the scene before the chp the Highway Patrol got there after bystanders called 911.

And -- after the chp went public with a plea for help.

The victim came forward and then the two suspects turn themselves in last night.
