663 is the time -- watching FOX & Friends I'm at a point in a school bus monitor teased and tormented over and over again by kids.

So -- that she breaks down into tears.

I just breaks your heart so what is wrong with these kids.

Is it -- kids are just nasty or is it is it something even deeper let's ask doctor Susan let -- she's a psychologist and author of the book.

Preventing hazing good morning to you thanks for being with this year having.

So it seems like it bullying edit it in this instance.

That you know you wonder it's a lot of kids it's not just one person doing it so isn't that group think that makes it even worse.

Well yes and what we're looking at -- -- whole group of kids on -- bus and you would imagine that somebody would have intervened or reported it to the authorities.

And we were expecting bystanders to stop them.

But they never did.

Well or you would expect her to even report it right but but -- we heard yesterday she was on FOX & Friends.

And she -- she is worried about losing her job just like kids are typically worried about.

Being pushed even further outside of the group and it's really unfortunate because the reason we have monitors is to stop believing so that these schools should be training her how to.

Present and intervene.

And to stop the monitor not to believe for herself or friend who else even bring up and been an interesting point about how it seems like bullies used to be kind of the bad seed.

But now that it's almost it it can be honor students it can be somebody else who's been bullied in their past what do you think this rise is coming from -- -- perceived rise anyway.

Well I think that we see it.

In reality shows you know that we're -- learning how to bully.

That the judges are often being harassed harassing and demeaning to the contestants in the contestants themselves.

Feel -- victims so we're really giving kids a model of how to bully and unfortunately parents actually watched his shows with their kids in the not pointing out.

Hey this is not the kind of behavior we want schools are trying to have a climate of respect.

And kindness and they're not able to do that as the social media and that Britain you know the general society is going against so would you say piece of advice for parents is don't watch these types of shows with your kids because it almost seems -- you're endorsing the behavior -- now they can watch them but teach them and say this is not the way you should behave this is not the way you treat people we need to educate parents as well as students and -- teachers and the entire faculty.

From the school bus driver to the custodians to the superintendent and we've got to go but lastly how social media affected it.

I think social media has allowed it to come -- they'd be even louder as we see that they posted this on YouTube that they had no.

Concept that this was not empathetic that this was inappropriate in that this was kind of behavior that they should be patient the doctor -- thank you so much for your time today.
