Happy Friday and meteorologist Janice Dean watching the hot temperatures across the southwest.

It's going to remain warm and dry and even windy across this region.

-- for the foreseeable future so wildfire danger exists not only today but into the weekend look at those temperatures 102 in Las Vegas 109 in Phoenix.

107 in Tucson 101 in Denver -- -- very.

Warm day today and that's gonna continue through the weekend.

Across the southern plains ninety's across the board here 96 in middle and many six in Dallas nine Indy in the world -- and for the most part the southwest in the cell.

Going to remain dry over the weekend however we are watching the tropics.

A lot of tropical moisture going -- work its way into the Gulf of Mexico so we could see some scattered showers along coastal areas.

So keeping an -- and that depending on where this system develops.

And eventually where it goes but for the most part right now we're dealing with dry conditions especially -- the southwest.

And the southern plains make a -- Friday.
