Yeah.

Well America is tuned in watching and waiting and making their own predictions on the Supreme Court ruling on the president's health care law it could come out later today.

Our next guest has been offering his prescription for truth since a controversial health care law passed.

Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson he -- here to place the odds -- whether obamacare survives the week you know the world is really why.

Watching this and congress in the presidential candidates and doctors and and nurses and patients in the farm industry in the insurance into this thing.

What's gonna happen what's gonna happen to the individual mandate -- now we don't have betting the United States on political issues.

But in Europe we do in this organization called in trade over in Ireland.

And they are laying bets their contracts.

You know the kind of -- -- -- and cells and that kind of thing where people bet on it and so what they're saying is.

75%.

Chance.

Then it goes down in the Supreme Court and a lot of that is obamacare is invalid.

And a lot of people -- wagered.

A larger number -- being struck down after they heard the questions that were being asked by the -- actual just that's right -- he was sure that the odds were much much different but after the arguments.

But we can't be deceived by arguments.

I've done dozens of appellate arguments around the country you can't be deceived by what the judges.

Are asking.

But we also have to understand let's talk about judge Kennedy didn't judge Kennedy has sided with the conservatives.

75%.

Of the time.

And and he is considered the critical swing vote.

In this so when we look at the sides I would say in terms of -- -- about the individual mandate.

Being successful about the individual mandate going down the Supreme Court saying we're killing this this is a violation of the comic -- I say three to two -- I say the chances are the individual mandate goes goes down.

The question is when the individual -- deed goes down.

Because of what's called December ability -- right with a lack of several ability clause meaning whether the rest if they can go forward or not go Ford.

What happens to the rest of Obama care what happens the rest of the 2700 pages sure and so it was argued.

That it's individual mandate falls which is the heart of it.

Which is the the government's rationale for it and its ability to finance the whole thing right ordering people to be in health care.

A lot of people say -- -- higher thing.

Goes down will the Supreme Court really start to pick up -- certain sections or take the bold step and say listen.

Individual mandate is -- it's unconstitutional.

And the whole thing is -- -- are real quickly -- death question for you something as some Democrats have already suggested that if the individual mandate or parts of the health care law are struck down and those guys in the Supreme Court they're just being political they're being political hacks.

There they've started that already that will be the very.

Divisive debate that goes on over the next few months in this country jobs number one but health -- number two.

This will put this decision what ever the Supreme Court rules will put this debate forswear back.

Into the American -- congress is going to have to act time and time again what ever happens.

Whether all or part of it is upheld or not upheld congress will be stepping back and this issue again this issue is not over.

Till it's over this is in some ways.

Only the beginning.

And we could find out 71 minutes from right now we might all right have Peter -- you're very close sign here at fox we will indeed as you have for the last couple years.
