Democratic congressman Xavier but Sarah is already taking a shark stance on the potential ruling he says if the court shoots down Obama care of the justices have become.

Political.

Principally because we took a bold step.

Something that some seven presidents before President Obama tried to do something that this country has been.

Fighting to get for quite some time and all of a sudden now that we have the elements in place to start this moving forward.

The court may stay a step then I think a lot of folks are wondering what the Supreme Court is really trying to do we saw the decision that allows.

Secret -- to come into campaigns.

Now if the Supreme Court.

Goes further and says -- we're gonna overturn a law that has a personal responsibility.

Requirement to it.

That we've seen in other aspects of our nation and society they're gonna probably wonder is this Supreme Court really nine justices trying to do you.

I don't wanna see a law like that in Florida but its report to remind ourselves of what the Supreme Court analyzes the constitutionality.

Of the law.

And I do believe that Arizona has a constitutional right to do this.
