Let me stop on the on who wins here ought do the American people when do how to how does this affect.

Immigration policy do you marry him first before we get whose politically winning what does it mean for immigration policy in this country.

Not a lot honestly I mean if they get it I I applaud the supreme court for the decision they did render.

But until there's action by congress it really isn't gonna change anything so that's -- the DREAM Act actually needs to get past I do think there is some measure of forgiveness here and in an ability for people to be able to conduct their lives as they had previous to the Arizona law.

But until something happens with congress is not gonna change or fix the problem.

Sure it's a fair point isn't it that -- in some sense is the the Supreme Court is sort of left everything exactly as it is they they have upheld.

This fourth point the media essentially the show us show us your papers up point of the law all vote without federal enforcement which isn't gonna happen.

That's pretty meaningless as well so in -- -- where as we work until this actually happens and it's challenging the colts again well.

Technically we may be that I think is in the court of public opinion at least in terms of -- -- -- books being on this.

I think it's now been heightened obviously so -- a question of who wins and who loses look there's there's.

-- for both sides threes are both sides to be.

Enthusiastic and to feel good about what happened there's still challenges ahead.

But I think if the debate that we need to have -- is just forcing us to look at these specific situation this specific states and look what's.

Arizona situation is very different than say Illinois.

And we're forced to address that as well and -- now -- that what I think this does do it again put that friend -- in a more fair way.

But again the fact that neither side is completely.

Happy -- -- really unhappy means -- probably opt.

To a good start in terms of -- you -- having a debate on -- thing getting something then where hopefully politics is is not frightened senator I know I've.

But I actually nothing good luck -- idea let me think very definitely when I can't get a without pandering to specific groups.

Right had.

The marriage and they said that president and obviously.

Inserted himself foursquare into this with the executive board.

-- a couple of weeks ago.

It was he playing politics and -- was he just trying to get something done.

Both but -- -- basically both.

And and credit -- -- for doing -- I think when you look at all of this that the person who gives box here the most is Mitt Romney.

First you have President Obama coming out -- -- -- of the DREAM Act for kids thirty and under who were brought here.

By their parents.

And that boxed Romney with Hispanics then it became very clear -- you'd -- -- days later that Marco Rubio wasn't being vetted.

And that offended Hispanics endlessly as it should because he's clearly the rising star in the Republican side.

For Hispanics and many other conservative voters then you add to that the ruling yesterday and Mitt Romney's response to it.

He did not make Hispanics happy at all with his response he didn't make independence happy with his response to any raise questions with conservatives but not beating up.

On the -- Supreme Court more for not giving states more -- that he and he he finally said at the end of the day.

So stay at this responds with lots of words saying nothing hoping everyone -- project what they wanted upon him and look to Jan Brewer to do all the dirty work for him and say yes she's she's speaking for me so it was -- -- and the worst of all places -- political purgatory right now and you never want to be there.

-- actually I I disagree I think what that this is an opportunity for Mitt Romney because you have Barack Obama going so far.

And in one corner with the infected some pandering of one group and doing an executive order rather than trying to work with Paris when in fact he could have gotten some Republicans.

To work with them honest but he did it and -- just my mission of this through -- that's where where he's back and a little bit of trouble but I think that Mitt Romney.

If he if -- in Republicans debate if they really want to do the right thing here really get people.

Two to trust them.

Is to have this be the -- -- -- conversation listen everybody rather than thinking they have to pander to various groups just to score points.

So I think this can really be an opportunity for Republicans handled correctly.

Where I think the Democrats have gone too far into one corner in terms of being device -- -- and and really just now -- to all sides so.

They are playing -- -- and that I'd like to point out too there's a there there's a poll that shows that.

This and that that is amnesty is not.

The number one issue for Latino voters as an effective down -- number five they care -- other things.

I and I think also when you start looking really specify any difference between illegal aliens and people who are immigrants legally who've worked hard to be in this country.

I mean and that's more -- and Harry is really start being crystallize a little bit better and that could favor Republicans.

-- -- and what Mike Colorado one of our viewers right -- here with this question all the Democrats willing to negotiate the provisions all of the DREAM Act.

Or is it all all nothing for them what do you think -- is that something that should go back.

To further negotiation -- what has it been negotiated enough already.

Well it takes to and that's why I have to laugh but Sherri -- I liken have been on with firm for -- long time.

That it takes to negotiate it takes two to tango it takes -- to pass legislation in port two years now Republicans have refused to cooperate on anything.

And need -- point -- says the -- -- deficit -- discussions of the budget debate last summer where John Boehner couldn't even deliver his caucus and then he pulled out so so you know they -- you have to have someone who worked -- here -- you can talk all day long but that doesn't fix the problem and I think this is what you -- with Republicans in the last two years they'd rather pick a fight -- fix the problems so -- -- promise of credit -- weight -- his credit he waited as long -- they could and then -- decided to do what he could to try to fix the problem.

Yeah I think that's really -- fairy have a app present -- -- it and the Democrat senate democratic house.

I and then it couldn't get what he wanted and then there's so -- was the voters that send a little bit of balance to -- -- Republicans.

Are holding back and -- for more discussion or debate there's no hurry they're not -- they don't need to be in a hurry for Election Day and I think.

-- the president a little bit desperate now he's been in bad shape in the polls and so he seems like she's a woman desperate to pander to specific groups say they get it done.

By his -- Election Day deadline and and that's what I think is going to hurt him.

We -- -- -- isn't going to an end run around congress.

After while you people start paying attention that they don't trust and they even if they like what you've done and they agree with that they get a little bit nervous when you start acting.

-- like that and that that's where I think that the president has a real problem --
