Obama care is a job killer.

Businesses across the country -- and asked what the impact is of Obama care.

Three quarters of those surveyed by the chamber of commerce set obamacare makes it less likely for them to hire.

All right to a fellow who agrees with governor Romney Bernie Marcus the co-founder of Home Depot you would set for quite some time.

Averted -- that this this is something it's gonna be.

An -- -- business certainly and enough and creating jobs and for bosses of small medium large companies -- Just a pain in the -- you still feel that -- Well.

No question about it I mean.

And and frankly.

-- Numbers don't lie politicians do we -- how about -- is that a mandate is not a tax and tax is not a mandate I mean you know.

But the truth is that we saw the numbers go down.

The numbers are not good they went up -- -- for unemployment we know there about twenty million people unemployed we know there are people who.

Wanna have better jobs that are qualified form a working as waiters and taking jobs.

But these what their education that they -- -- And let me talk to you about business because I think that I'm in a position to speak to you about it.

What what this is has seen since Obama care.

Was instituted and passed by the congress we saw and -- -- speak for business people they've seen their taxes go up.

They're not the attacks but futures bills go up 102030.

And has some cases 40%.

So everybody is paying the bill now.

Now that's a hidden tax because what happens.

Is very simply those that tax passed -- passed along to the consumer somewhere -- somewhere along the line.

Everybody in America whether you're rich while the 1% are on that way everybody is paying for it somewhere another.

And from the businessman standpoint I headlines with a group of business people today.

And when I got back I spoke to other business people and they all said the same thing -- We're not gonna do -- thing we're not moving we're not gonna hire any more people would have just just great because so this created president -- president.

Taxes were -- now rolling in Iraq.

-- well it's because of the total uncertainty of what's happening in Washington.

They know what's gonna be more expensive they know obamacare is gonna cost a ton of money who's gonna pay for -- -- -- have to pay for eventually.

You know you could flip it around because I know guys I -- when you were running things and even now of course are very important for the world.

You're like a sense of assurance or something that you know it's coming down the -- this was a -- question mark I guess for the time being -- less of a question mark.

In a Wall Street -- certainly this is one thing for now there's certain government that unless.

A new congress comes in and repudiate this it is -- law of the land it's gonna stand as the law of the land.

So they can move past this would like to see the tax rate thing resolved when -- -- -- but what do you make -- at that at least this there's no doubt now.

Yeah I would I would say that most business people like going on the basis that nothing is gonna happen that in fact obamacare is going to be and look.

If Romney is elected he's got to have a democratic house and he's got to have a democratic senator -- -- -- Republican house of revenue per Republican senate.

If he doesn't have the senate and the house.

It's not gonna be refuted it's not going to be it's not gonna go away it's gonna be there so I'm a businessman I'm going on -- basis that might cost of going up.

And I have to now planned.

For higher cost in the future now I also have to plan for the fact that.

Obama may be reelected if he's reelected I have really nothing less power -- off I'm sorry to Doonesbury and the idea of -- -- -- your development and do this.

But I -- do you think this is strengthen that possibility today.

No I I think that people look I think that people are gonna get very angry today.

I think that there are a lot of passive people you know we've been out with his job creators alliance that I talk to you about the past.

Job -- alliance dot org by the way where we're trying to get business people were so busy working that they haven't gotten a bit that involved in the political process and we're saying to people you've -- you -- that you've got to take your head out of the books I know you're working hard.

But you -- are looking for -- future and get involved with it.

This election is a very important election.

This election.

Is the difference between from the free enterprise system surviving or not surviving it's very simple.

Are you have a a group of people in Washington who believe -- socialism.

And you have the free enterprise system the thing that created The Home Depot and many other companies you know all successful companies that you know out there.

That's coming to an -- it's coming to an end because socialism is coming down the -- Big government controlling everything we see with the two bit of that that it too big to fail.

We see you with with what have we Dodd-Frank -- controls of the financial institutions.

And eventually it's gonna take control of everything else so I think this election is a very very important election at a Obama stays in power.

I'm just happy I'm not in business anymore.

And I'm just happy and I'm on the -- of Philanthropic world OK so I'll put -- down as a maybe on the president.

Bernie Marcus.

In Atlanta thank you sir -- discussing it.
