Maybe they don't actually move forward some of these expansions without the ability to force the states they can push -- poor into the taxpayer subsidized exchanges.
If they expand Medicaid they have to pay 10% of the costs.
If they don't.
Costs them nothing and every one of those people is eligible for the exchanges so.
They don't remain uninsured they go over -- exchanges and the federal taxpayer picks up the cost hospitals on the other hand come out better.

Some of our hospitals have 2030% uninsured and this is going to remedy that situation some doctors and analysts though fear increasing government control over health care at the end of the day yes that we're -- we thought we -- -- socialized medicine system now.
