One day after the historic vote to hold attorney general Eric Holder in contempt lawyers for the Justice Department say they will not prosecute him.

DOJ officials claim it's not a crime for the AG to withhold documents that could provide answers to how border agent.

Allowed to happen again.

We also want to make sure that we don't have any more Border Patrol agents killed in the line of duty like Brian what's that night.
