Tonight Donald Trump he is not happy about the supreme court's health care decision.

How do we know.

Well immediately after the ruling he tweeted.

The US -- -- -- Supreme Court made a terrible decision today how can requirement to buy private health insurance logically be a government tax.

And dump truck wasn't finished -- that he fired -- more tweets with extra harsh words directed at Chief Justice John Roberts he -- it.

Justice Roberts turnout has -- -- actually you rational reasoning in order to get loving press from the watches doused it.

He should be ashamed of himself.

-- it's tough talk Donald Trump joins us -- I stuck -- out.

-- regret it.

And I should save you cannot you continued today you have post -- tweeted.

Justice Roberts changes but vote in -- to make the media happy he was intimidated.

By the press how do you know that.

Well -- what I've heard it's what I'm hearing from the press is what I'm hearing from some of your rather and that cover these Supreme Court.

And supposedly a month ago he was -- -- to go and then all of a sudden he changed his mind and frankly Greta I was watching and I was watching the kind of horrible pressed.

These so called conservative judges were getting.

And it -- you know I wouldn't be surprised if one of them and I sort of thought in terms of Roberts but one of them.

Changed just to carry good stable with the press and that's what happened he was totally against this decision made no sense whatsoever was even rational.

And you know it's come back on a little bit to things about the number one.

The decision itself is not -- respect his decision even by his opponent because they can't believe he did it and that adds so that that level of respect that he was seeking I don't think he got.

And of course the good news for Mitt Romney I think this could really.

-- -- huge positive I've never seen the Republicans so energized as they happen over the last four days.

At any -- demo it's a -- Tough to think that -- Supreme Court justice would go outside the record and be weak kneed and be influenced by the the crowd essentially.

Says very he -- very -- when I hear that and I know that everyone seems to believe that and I know -- or point two.

Irregularities in the decision but.

You know I certainly think that -- -- if that's true it certainly isn't terrible.

Destabilizing.

For -- judicial system and for our system of government.

Well Justice Roberts is a Smart man and a Smart man could not have made this decision because you look at his decision it's just brought where ambiguities and inconsistencies.

And it doesn't make sense.

He knows it doesn't make sense he grasp that the tax concept so that he could justify it.

But I have no doubt that he read that unbelievable.

Barrage of I was actually saying to myself I said -- other people.

You know somebody is gonna come out and do something where they're gonna support Obama in order to carry -- And that's what's happened but actually I think it's turning out to be in reverse -- I think people have lost respect for what he did.

And I have no doubt that he was in favor -- -- look look at what happened during the argument.

I mean he wears of local and locally against -- I'm not saying you can project judges and you never really know what's going to happen and sometimes you get some very very strong statement and then that -- goes against you but.

In this case everybody knew what was the right thing but he did the wrong think he thought he did the right thing for himself but I think that's gonna turn out to haunt him.

Well it's unprecedented here is that the leaks are coming out a supreme but we never get leaks -- -- the supreme right.

And it seems to be incredible.

BO discontent there a lot of accusations like suing the leaks are correct.

It does you know it is very -- -- it's a very is sustain on the court if the if the court is so.

Vulnerable to outside influence not well it could be that Justice Roberts chief Justice Roberts simply intellectually changed his view.

But the -- the press is getting today is rather painful.

Well the funny thing is that the leaks are coming from the liberal media that's the ones that seem to have I don't know you know like I've dealt with -- all my life some is -- -- -- good.

Some is just horrendous and totally dishonest -- you never know necessarily what to believe but.

The leaks are coming mostly from the liberal side of the media.

And it's very interesting what they're saying but they're basically saying that he was a done deal.

And that Kennedy who should be by the way very very proud of the self respect kidnappers ideals and for what's right maybe even more importantly.

But Kennedy was the one that everybody was concerned about anyways this -- from the beginning he was strongly opposed from the beginning.

And Roberts changed distance and I have no -- look we're not computers we're not machines.

He decided and it has nothing to do it the week and he got may be the opposite but he decided that he was going to carry favor -- he has been.

I but it does not to curry favor that is simply not -- according to his status is so I don't either the cards fall within the courtroom.

Within the record that's present him with his intellectual -- looking at the constitution -- -- precedent but if he's paying attention at all to what is going on outside and listening -- the crowd.

That's a very different situation.

Greta his job is to do the right thing and he didn't do the right thing and that's why they don't have elections and that's why they get there in their -- Because they're not supposed to be influenced at all but I guess in theory they shouldn't even be reading newspapers they should be doing what's right.

I have no doubt as a human being I have no doubt.

That he read the papers and he said you know what I'm gonna do something that's gonna shock people and man in my going to be popular in Washington and you extent.

Did think he wants to be popular mean it's it's -- it.

So unlike my impression of what that what the course been historically I guess it's because of a lawyer and I have respect for the courts adamant that think the Fed Chief Justice would want -- quote -- popular with the crowd Georgetown do you really believe that.

Yes I do absolutely and I think -- him then you know I I I really think that some may be more so than others but.

In this case I have no doubt that.

What -- liberal media reported was true he was totally against and strongly against these changes -- all of a sudden.

Kennedy was very angry Adam supposedly not talking I wanted to addressing this for the first time that I've ever watched this that I have been watching it all my life.

I see that -- seemed to have access to the Supreme Court.

Very interesting I've never seen inside reporting with the Supreme Court before -- Well I think it's a -- justices that colleagues are so furious is why I think that we were hearing they went the leaks are coming not because everything is fine and dandy inside the court it's because there's great dissension and people are troubled by what went on inside I think I think that's -- -- lakes.

I think Justice Roberts -- -- very dishonorable thing I think what he did was dishonorable because there was no justification for what he did.

His decision didn't even make sense if you read his decision this is not the decision of a Smart -- And frankly the candidate decision was.

An unbelievably well written well crafted.

Actually angry decision I suspect angry because of what Roberts did but it was an angry decision but it was also a correct decision.

Why she don't -- I don't.

I don't have a problem with the justice during the course of deliberations and write opinions changing his or her -- I'm not on how education -- decide.

You reading the troubles me is if it's outside in -- if someone wants to be part of our someone is trying to do curry favor.

That's what's troubling not that someone might change his mind.

It's called -- why why did -- change how come they change what would you reading what was he looking at.

What influenced him to make it to make this -- -- there's no question that he -- I mean it is not like OJ he felt that was where from the beginning there is no question that he changed and I would tell you that I would think that President Bush who appointed him.

Is a very unhappy camper at this point -- very embarrassed by it but you have to be a very very unhappy camper.

How do you think that this -- -- earlier they thought this held governor Romney governor Romney has through a spokesperson not governor -- but governor Romney -- spokesperson says that he agrees -- session with the White House that this is not attacks.

Does that not put him in the wrong position in terms of his set.

-- and his constituency.

Well Justice Roberts had a what's attacks and I heard the representatives say that I have not heard let's -- it.

But I you know as far as I'm concerned Justice Roberts -- it was a tax that was the only way he could justify it is ridiculous decisions so.

I would be more inclined to say it -- estate tax I think it's frankly better permit.

Maybe use it that way and what was said -- said.

But that's up to him I haven't heard what I haven't heard -- take I've heard people talking and maybe talking for him and maybe not nobody even knows.

But I have not heard his -- yet.

I will say this it has energized because many -- saying he will absolutely.

Not get out as soon as he gets -- they were -- from day one to -- -- out.

The Republican Party is energized like it was not it was fine it was good -- are going good.

And there was energy but now it's got super energy and I think in the end this could really be something very important for Mitt Romney.

Does it matter -- should governor Romney come -- and say what he thinks it is whether it's attacks or not attacks.

And does that matter.

Well he will come out and say I mean obviously you and everybody else that speaks still when I'm sure the first time the reporters think -- be the first question so at some point -- come out and say.

My preference would be and -- at what I say it means nothing but I would just stick with the decision to call -- a tax so President Obama brought attacks on.

All of the millions and millions and millions of us that he says he wasn't going to be -- think so that the people of this country were taxed by somebody it is says he was not going to be tactic.

Not only is it tax it's 21 separate taxes if you look at this -- 21 separate taxes smaller -- bigger ones you -- a ball up.

It's sacred book for anywhere from nineteen to 21 taxes going up through the line and he said he was that -- -- well obamacare is a major tax.

As far as I'm concerned now -- may have a different to be audit he may have a different take on it and I think that's fine.

And let me switch topics now today earlier today of the news that their second state Hillary Clinton.

Has apologized to Pakistan for the loss of life -- into the NATO strike last November apology has been sort of a a bit over rub between our country.

And and Pakistan because then as a consequence -- closed down our supply routes.

Your thoughts on us.

Well you know I I have no objection -- apology is -- somebody does something that was a mistake -- something happens but.

You know we should be apologize to also because they housed Osama bin Laden right next to their major military -- But it was fifty years and they knew it.

And I think that they didn't know it is idiotic.

So I mean maybe they should be apologizing to us we've been feeding them billions and billions of dollars tremendous amounts of money.

As they've been housing you know -- the time I would say psychologically at least our worst enemy so maybe they should apologize to us.

-- -- every sort of cornered on this though because it apparently is -- about two billion dollars to go through a different supply route for our troops.

Going through -- going to rush it's cost us a lot more money because of tax day closing down their roots so we -- got into a little bit of a squeezing that we apologized or did that saves us a lot of money.

On the other hand did they did you know we have not heard an apology from them at all for -- -- -- giving safe haven to Osama bin Laden.

Well -- an apology SS because they don't respect us it's very simple and frankly the cost -- two billion and I hadn't heard that number I had heard a smaller number but.

-- it cost -- two billion let's deducted from their foreign aid.

Very easy to -- we've we've just deduct it out.

From their foreign aid if we should be giving them foreign aid at all because I'm looking at what's going on over there and they are certainly not our friend.

I didn't earlier today you also tweeted this says justice -- predicted that -- -- that's eyes GO.

Barack Obama is preparing a possible attack an Iran right before November do you do believe that the president is looking to take -- into military conflict.

Well it allows you negotiators you can't negotiate peacefully and do that we have all the cards because I mean I ran his crazy -- they don't sit down and negotiate because the same -- gonna happen to them as happened to Iraq and so many other places.

And it will be long and nasty but ultimately it's the end of Iran as you know it today so we have all the guards and frankly that's a great time for the right person to negotiate something without having to do this but I've been predicting an idea that you're -- first.

Yes I believe that we will end up in a -- where is -- -- Because I think Obama abuse that is politically good for him heated up Paul and I see the -- just came out this morning.

What he's actually losing.

-- for the first time.

But he's losing in swing states most importantly -- -- losing fairly substantially not maybe that's accurate it maybe it's not and polls are oftentimes wrong and I've watched them all different ways.

But he's losing and swing -- I have said for a year and a half that.

In the end will end up with this somewhere before the election we will end up in a -- of war.

-- -- -- And I think he's doing it for political reasons.

There is no way if you send them the right person to negotiate will win much more than we ever could -- through war and we have all the cards.

That they have no -- right.

Donald Dell audio it's made an ugly in -- city Avant people fire shots back across about all time Democrats were calling it.

But one that comes the issue of war or military conflict you're saying that the president's really thinking about -- -- think -- will for political advantage for himself taking us to war.

And that image that -- -- most people say that's and that's all that's beyond.

Yeah yeah.

-- that's my opinion and I think that's my opinion -- let's see what happens I hope that doesn't happen.

By the way if that happens oil prices are gonna shoot up like never before but I think that's what will happen but -- and the look at what should happen.

If Iran have to be despite their bravado they have to be scared stiff right now because.

I mean they just looked at what's happened to other countries because we are the most powerful and what we've done to others whether we should have been there or shouldn't have been there.

Is unbelievable so what should happen is the right person should negotiate a phenomenal deal everything we should get a 100% of every -- I have predicted that I think it's not gonna go that way.

We don't negotiate we don't know how to negotiate what did we ask -- Libya we say hey you know when the when the rebels came in -- -- well being -- we've only got one day last.

Left quite an Obama said we want -- fuel oil.

They would have given us everything instead you know it's getting -- right now China.

We spend the money we take -- -- not take free Libya because that went to take over Libya gonna make.

Everybody else -- very bad believe me and it's gonna beat a group that dislikes the United States the most but the point -- -- We -- set as an example we -- -- fuel oil they would assess where do we sign.

We don't do that so we don't have negotiators we don't have the right people.

And if we did we wouldn't have war and we get much more that we could ever win through war and as you know on the fairly militaristic person to put it mildly.

But we can you better without it.

But I had said that he would use that in my opinion.

For political purposes yes.

Item one quick last question who's in the top of your list for who you think the governor Romney should that -- is a vice president we think in his -- I don't -- -- -- -- Iraq I don't want to say but there's some very good choices I feel.

Good and this group -- -- a good choice I think Chris Christie is a good choice I think Portman is a good choice.

I think we have some really good choices I made some very good people each spring in very different things to the -- But you know -- -- -- it's all about -- because people don't really go for the -- ready you know they don't -- this has been proven over many many years of history.

They don't vote for the vice president vote for the president but I think he's got great whether it's Chris Christie apartment -- -- I think he's got some great choices.

-- if you haven't Indiana governor is here for just a second to begin a piece of advice.

Today what would -- -- Well I think just told the court stay the course he's doing well he's solid he's very very small act I really think -- To a large extent this is a referendum on Obama he said he was not gonna -- deficits he was gonna cut the deficit and add -- The deficit is through the -- -- -- almost seventeen trillion dollars now a -- that we never even heard before the word trillion.

But -- almost seventeen trillion if you look back to the early days he said I will cut the deficit and perhaps well.

The exact opposite happened so this is really something where I think it -- just stays the course.

We will have a new president and -- be a great president.

--
