The health care ruling.

I assume the 2012 for that.

It group independence if you talk to the Romney camp.

That that the thing that they say they think would be the biggest effect is saying they hope it increases the intensity on their own side.

That -- Romney supporters who want to see obamacare overturned who now wants to see it.

Repealed by the congress.

Feel much more intensely.

Then those -- obamacare supporters.

Who.

Who are for President Obama so they hope that it increases the intensity on their own -- -- enthusiasm factored their engines are revved up because they're angry -- -- -- I -- I think he'd do this thing about the polls as we just need to wait a while I mean.

Obamacare has been.

Basically unpopular.

Since late summer of 2009.

When the first drafts of the bill began circulating and people didn't like what they saw it is never got above 50% in approval when.

-- for all that whole time.

And now the question is.

Will there be some voters who say well this is kind of like -- seal of approval that it's gotten from the Supreme Court may be it's not so bad.

And we'll begin to tick upward in the polls -- is going to be looking very closely at that.

Public that this spat over tax and -- there and now it's been not been laid up by the Chief Justice that -- tax something that the Democrats and President Obama ran from -- in the run up for the passage of this.

Is this it is does that tax language -- and arrested all would be independent.

It's well there's you're gonna see two things -- was tax -- which one.

It is going to be become part of the race where Mitt Romney.

We'll say accuse the president of having put forth a massive tax increase.

Inside obamacare you're gonna see that and all the senate and house races to.

Where Democrats are running for reelection who have voted for obamacare it's also going to be something.

And an actual fact of the debate in the future because.

If you talk to Republicans now they'll say wait a minute.

If it's -- tax then we could repeal it with just 51 votes because there's a process of reconciliation.

That covers fiscal matters.

In the senate.

And it is not subject to filibuster so Republicans are going to be seriously talking about trying to repeal that part of it.

-- Hey they have a Republican president and be they have a Republican majority even a small one in -- Instant CM the president -- -- gasses I think contacts.

That's that the chief justices.

He did say that -- to say GM that I don't considered attacks wherever and that's what the White House is saying they're saying.

-- what you want it's a penalty.

For people who can afford insurance but don't buy insurance under this new system of exchanges it's -- -- exist after 2014.

The White House is not going along with this with this tax stuff just because -- Supreme Court said it they said over and over and over and you've seen the president say this.

It was not attacks and they're not going to changed their -- -- -- woo you know it was a tax they're not going to do that.

Never -- -- thank you could have been here.
