To avoid the lawsuit abuse occurs out there that you're spending more time on things other than time with the patient.
And patience you know want and deserve more of the doctor's time and that time is less less available.
I realize that this health care bill is -- evidence supported by the Democrats but I'm curious -- In the crafting of -- -- even and -- in figured out what's in it.
Do you know how much consultation there was not -- politicians are legislators but would doctors who do a patient's everyday.
I think there was very little with doctors that deal of patience every day.
Because right now practicing doctors around the country you know you hear the numbers of seventy or 80% that are opposed to this health care law.
And a lot of the reasons that so many of citizens around the country are opposed to it is that they've talked to a doctor or -- -- -- somebody that's been impacted by the law.
And some of the polling shows that people that have actually talked to a doctor.
But what's even more unpopular with those individuals -- just the general population but it continues to be very unpopular even though it may be constitutional.
Do you agree the system at least now needs between I know you don't like the health care bill.
But the existing system we have -- for the health care Bill -- need to be fixed.
Absolutely the system that we had was not perfect action one of the reasons.

Was because I knew things could have been better and I think they still can be better but this health care law isn't the solution you have this is a health care law that's.
Gonna cause costs to go up it's going to be.
Lost control.
For patients have fewer choices.
For patience of and that's not what people wanted people wanted health care.
Reform -- what they were looking for was the care they need.
From a doctor that they choose not that the government chooses -- insurance company chooses.
And at lower cost and the president promised lower -- but what we've seen is actually costs have gone up faster.
And if the health care law and never been passed in the first place an idea of three things you would have done differently.
Well I think from day one we could have accomplished so many things.
That would have worked action to lower the cost of care -- the Democrats would have been willing to work with us.
One is I think people and be able to shop around and and buy insurance it works best for them from other states so shall.
Buy insurance across state lines that we had that -- -- these exchanges well.
Each state is supposed to set up its own exchange we don't have that number that's what I would have done on day one.
To avoid all these long fights in court cases we could've done that right from the beginning.
There's still no dealing with -- lawsuit abuse in here remember Howard Dean who is chairman of the Democratic National Committee.
He when he was asked about the -- -- we left that out because of the the strength -- the of trial lawyers as financial contributors to the Democrat party so they chose not to include anything that really dealt with.
The incredible amount of defensive medicine that doctors practice ordering so many expensive tests.
More to treat the doctor.
Then the patient.
You know and I think anybody that buys insurance personally.
-- -- have -- whether -- not be discriminated against from a tax standpoint they -- -- get the same tax breaks to people who get their insurance.
