President may see the Supreme Court decision upholding his health care -- as a victory for average Americans but.

Small businesses are worried in this country our next guest says it's not just turning his business but his entire community -- -- is a small business owner.

He joins us live good to see -- I think.

You know and -- recycling.

75 employees.

Why in your opinion will obamacare.

Hurt small businesses like.

-- Part of the -- -- We have -- better than normal average health care plan.

And no one to take care of our employees because frankly they do a great job force and they deserve the best care we can provide them.

But what are those standards how how we gonna pay for that Howard go forward with -- bids.

And cover those costs.

What is changing though for you did you have any any any.

What will change under Obama care for your bottom line.

I don't know.

And -- my.

Concerns.

And and fears are that the cost is gonna go up.

And I can't see how it can't go up because we have more people to cover work.

Have no increased number of -- said nothing concrete yet these are just concerns any -- are significant concerns although within the bill I've heard that there are -- fees.

That we have to pay per employee.

Whether they have health insurance or not.

You've heard that here are the things we do know -- for companies with over fifty employees and that's a huge difference for companies below fifty employees.

Not a huge difference but it's these company that I think may be heard no health care the big 12000.

Dollar penalty.

Per employee you can see some of the other -- qualifications must increase Medicare -- for anyone making over 200.

As for that 2000 dollar penalty per employee if you drop health care coverage does that make you as an -- -- start to consider.

All right maybe it makes financial sense for me to dump that.

I put my employees on health care.

Yes it does -- and I'm actually in the middle of my insurance renewal rate now and one of the concerns I have this I'm trying to balance out where this is gonna go so I can.

Frankly too good business but same point take care for that -- people do you plan to keep them on your own yes system I very much want to.

You may be alone because there's a new poll from Gallup that says.

Employee here health care is going down and here's the number.

From its 55 point 9% and a very short period of time without obamacare really kicking in we're already seeing.

The numbers decrease -- do you think the administration's goal long term is to do away with employer based health care.

I think it's a combination of that and raising taxes for a number of other projects that.

Frankly have nothing to do with health care.

You're speaking to your colleagues small business owners around the country.

Is it those companies above fifty employees that are going to be hurt and the really small ones that actually are seeing a lot of tax benefits because of that spill.

I am talking to people and everybody is concerned about it whether you're over fifty are under fifty because frankly historically what government has done -- -- -- while today it's going to be fifty.

Well we don't.

Have enough revenue or think fascinating movie it's let's move -- let's go to forty let's -- to 3025.

Historically that's what they've done the one word you hear is uncertainty and that sounds like conceptual describes your situation -- pain.

From pains recycling basically.
