-- is always your response when you heard from this this atheist gentleman who says -- your restaurant was discriminating against him because you were offering this 10% discount.

Frankly I thought the whole thing was a little bit.

Strange because I -- didn't feel I was doing anything wrong.

I still don't feel I am I think it's.

We get we have a variety of discounts as -- restaurants do and the outpouring from people and especially Texas and Georgia.

And I've been informed that the restaurants in their areas have been doing it for quite some time with no problems whatsoever.

Randy visibly com Sharon was treating the church bulletin as a coupon if you bring it in.

You get 10% off is that illegal.

Absolutely not with the independents law center were very interest in this case because of the policy implication of this sort of thing if if a business owner can be told that they.

Eight it that they can do -- church bulletin discount its its like saying you can't honored then the best traditions in American society.

And I I think this case got a lot of traction with the American people because -- It because we're tired of having the best of our traditions is sort of relegated as as a poison in society that there needs to be pushed out of society.

This isn't like -- discrimination case.

Sharon loves everybody but.

She should have the right as an American to be able to give at a discount to whom whomever she wishes.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- But this gives the appearance of rewarding churchgoers.

Is it just another example of religion pervading our society what do you say that.

Well actually I would say to this statement that and basically it's just another marketing employees.

How about you go Home Depot -- Lowe's and other contractors are going to get a discount but I don't you know.

There there's so many different sound ideas and views about this but.

As far as -- discriminating.

We've also stated to.

This gentleman that.

He can bring in his freedom from religion bulletin and he -- can.

Take advantage of the discount it is that open to synagogues.

And mosques it doesn't matter what -- religious.

Group your -- or or what you believe -- Everybody has eighty some kind of a bulletin.

I don't care if you go to church on Saturday or Sunday and and what your your beliefs -- about bringing a bulletin it's for everybody.

So surely you're gonna and I do give him to give him a discount if he brings in his affiliation -- -- that he's affiliated with it's hard to see Randy.

How this is discriminatory yet this state is investigating Sharon does that ratchet this whole case up a notch.

What -- the whole case out there and -- -- at the same time we're very hopeful for a good outcome.

Because when you logic check this against the policies behind the law.

We we should win -- and the reason we came up with nondiscrimination laws in the first place was because if of trying to prevent as hateful discriminatory practices where.

You once or somebody to lunch counter because there because they're black or because they're part of a religion that you did you dislike this is totally different this doesn't have anything to do with.

Mean spirited bigotry it has only to do with.

You know wanting to honor the best of American traditions.
