I'm very surprised he's being tried as an adult and if anything if he does wind up being convicted here.

This defense could be a mitigating factor in sentencing and I'd be very surprised -- actually serves the full fifty years that he could be sentenced him yet nobody is as saying that he necessarily deserves fifty years but a lot of his statements faithful were pretty incriminating in those phone calls.

And the fact that he you know is not necessarily showing a lot of sympathy for the victim.

I mean teenagers getting all kinds of texting war is that they don't write you know resulting in a fifteen year old kids -- the head of a young girl.

Exactly you know a lot of people after they commit crimes are remorseful that doesn't mean that you should not be punished -- you are held accountable Mary -- in -- I understand that.
