You know -- and an acceptable range but also there's a lot of mental involved and and cheating because it is such.
Sport of perfection that you have to control everything out on the body but your entire mine as well so it's a very important develop mental strengths.
So I know that -- teaming up with allies again.
Because the idea and kids -- -- recommend sticking it's your mental -- not to going start to go to schools thinking for you dad and you know -- is part of a repetition I shoot three to 400 barrels almost every single day.
I've shot over 450000.
Barrels in the past six years so.
It's a very repetitive sport for -- but also during the day you know just to make sure that I feel confident going into an event.
I prepared Al day every day the same way so I get up in the morning have a healthy breakfast just like we are taught -- kids gasoline go and have that mental.
Strength to go learn and then we -- take a test right so we can perform well in our -- but my test of the Olympics basically.
And so you know my preparation my -- Irsay has been my practice so I -- that -- -- and healthy breakfast every morning so since it's so mental.
Do you.
These -- a lot of visualization involved -- -- just yet you a lot of visualization that was part of my tattoo and I am it's just an affirmation that you know.
I can be anything -- want to be and now an -- so so when you get ready.
Visionary do you see that tattoo IE and yet and so that is part of your inspiration again yet it does it's it's become second nature now but yes and it is part of my inspiration.
I want to take a look and tell our viewers -- you actually do.
-- now this is only how many yards you think we are about eighteen yards eighteen yard yes.
In the Olympics you'll be 77 yards 777.
Yard yes -- that we should there ought to be safe for us to do that distance here well which you you're you're gonna get doubles on -- -- -- -- -- Tell me what you're thinking when you start to do this sudden it's gone through my routine -- that just basically making sure I'm doing the same thing every time -- put my hand in the same place and grab ministering the same way and then -- on tonight's shot sequence and.
Annexed it -- and you're not gonna talk.
Love that I get it.
-- -- -- Do you ever miss -- -- that.
Yeah of course -- mean it's you know shooting so many arrows all the time it it it can -- -- -- you know that's why we always take safety precautions and colleges basic.
You know common sense to make sure everything's safe.
What did you make -- the Hunger Games see him moving out of the great movie yet but they did very well as far as capturing archery and what it's about so you know I was excited to finally see it down and actually -- a good job that.
-- suspect that the actors actually did some of the shots herself I mean I know that they they showed her doing it I know I actually -- I've worked with the person actually coached her how to shoot so I know for sure that she actually -- -- wow and she did pretty good afternoon period.
On the other people who will be competing with you.
Today sort of have the same track record.
This same amount of time they put into it.
