All right you may remember a couple of weeks ago well so.

President Obama issued an executive order which essentially.

Decided that undocumented.

Immigrants who wouldn't it would no older than thirty.

Who arrived in this country -- children I have no criminal history have high school degrees or had served in the military.

Could stay and look in this country Brian EMS from Fox News Latino is with us here in the studio.

Where -- story of how this is beginning to work in practice or have some people are trying to put this -- into effect yet exactly right we have a story about who.

-- Gooding has some -- now he's sound like a typical American story all American dream story of valedictorian.

Eagle scout.

He -- of Florida State he got his law degree.

The problem is he's -- document he got here when he was nine years old his parents overstayed their -- as most who are here illegally do they come through visa they stay here but temporary reason to stay here longer than they should.

-- here's the issue with him he was given the right to take the Florida bar exam.

The -- of the board of bar examiners allow him to take the exam he passed he should be technically a lawyer.

But now the board of examiners -- says when I give you your lawyer's license which is why now there in the Supreme Court.

What this group is now arguing is that under Obama's -- immigration policy.

Which allows for two year temporary work permit he should be allowed to be given his license now the Florida Supreme Court.

Is going to decide whether it is the supreme you know those that argument now is whether the Supreme Court.

Will allow him become a lawyer or whether it's the board of bar examiners who has that right to decide you'll get their license.

The interesting thing here is that in 2008.

The Florida board of bar examiners decided that.

You have to be a citizen or show some sort of legal immigration status in order to get your license.

They waived that requirement in order to allow Jose to take the lawyers is to take the law and some of the bar exam.

He passed it and so now we should technically in this what the argument is they should get it doesn't seem like -- are similar to not give him.

Lloyd hears it doesn't seem that way and that's why they're going to -- -- -- thing here is that they're actually using Obama's new policy which after speaking to a few.

Lawyers that say you know what that might not be the right way to go because Obama's new policy is just really -- -- and you have to.

It doesn't necessarily guarantee you a job to become a judge or lawyer or to have a federal job he gives you the opportunity to have a job -- Kmart.

And perhaps work in a temporary basis but.

There's no stipulation -- -- says now you can get a job.

To -- -- to become a lawyer so that's a lot of lawyers say you know what the Obama policy.

It's it's not the right argument to -- the argument here is that they allowed him to take the exam right and by allowing him to take -- exam he should now be able to become.

Loyal to your former lawyer what do you make of it at a Florida State I might add Canadian residency.

And I got -- -- synergies that.

So I would agree -- I'd be very surprised if if bombers policy really should have anything to do with this -- -- -- states are in charge.

Of who becomes a lawyer in that state -- who doesn't become a lawyer in that state that's not a matter for.

Federal law in the first place so I've got -- you do it just doesn't even seem to be the case to make.

The argument that.

Hey having let the guy take the bar exam you're now going to decide after you pass that oh oops we're not to let you be a lawyer that that's so Bryan -- what does this -- go to the Florida supreme goal when we went away with.

In the next month this should be I don't you know I don't I don't we don't know exactly when decisions and come down but I think within next month should be added to the Supreme Court there and the reality is so I mean who knows what if they do.

Decide to say you know what you can become a lawyer will immigration activist kind of go to this and say oh it was because of the Obama policy.

That he should be allowed whether it's to become a prerequisite for other states.

For other indictment immigrants out there who who want to become lawyers not -- but you know he's right here doesn't it doesn't seem to from what I've heard doesn't seem to.

To be seventy basis -- -- policy in order for a couple more I guess.

We may get a few more cases based on these sort of arguments is going to be -- and watch half.

As that executive order begins to go into effect there's a lot more from Brian on Fox News Latino he could read all about the story.

And I believe we have video up there as well of the gentlemen.

Brian yes from both isn't it good to have you heard -- thanks so much good to have you here all right.
