That includes Obama -- and I'm gonna work to reform and save.

After fifteen seconds of -- Romney noted chamber of commerce survey about Obama -- impact on small business owners.

And stuck to his guns.

Three quarters of them said that made them less likely to hire people.

So I say again if our priority is jobs and that's my priority that's something -- change.

Unemployment in the black community is much higher than the eight point 2% national average in June black unemployment rose from thirteen point four to fourteen point 4%.

Romney said the president hasn't and will not fix it and he'll be a better president for their interests than mr.

Obama.

I submit to you this if you want a president who will make things better in the African American community you were looking at him.

You take a look.
