Thank you Peter for the first time since the supreme court's ruling House of Representatives voting to repeal the president's health care law a move criticized by house Democrats.

Affordable Care Act -- that straining a middle class and honoring the entrepreneurial spirit of America let's stop this.

Legislation to -- -- that they have on the floor today.

Well our next guest says there is still one way that the law can be -- -- right now from Capitol Hill -- house but.

Chairman Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan good morning sir.

A morning Steve Gretchen I don't OK I know you're hoping the 33 time's the charm with estimates of one last -- you -- repeal it.

The American people can repeal it.

This November by voting for Mitt Romney and a new -- that's what it is and that's what John Roberts basically said the Supreme Court American people are gonna -- you laden get rid of this law.

It's up to you.

-- we're demonstrating with his vote is there is one more chance and that is collecting that company president and giving us United States senate.

-- work with the house which we've proven we will repeal this law and we need to win this election to do what's -- there is one more chance.

One of the things that I know that you've spent a lot of time analyzing as the cost.

Of Obama care and and now we have a new chart that that shows it's actually gonna cost more than even expected originally two point six trillion.

In the first true ten year period.

Beginning to that -- we -- teams are are you surprised.

But I don't think two weeks no I'm not and I think it's gonna go up and about two weeks we have the CBO re analyzing it.

Now that this new Medicaid ruling what's gonna happen as more people will go from Medicaid to obamacare which will raise the cost as well.

And so we're expecting a new score in about two weeks but this law was passed on what are now free broken promises by President Obama.

He said if we're not raising taxes and -- a class that's not true he said that if you like complaining that you had you can keep it that's proving to be untrue.

Nelson so this is gonna lower health care cost that's clearly not true which raised health care costs.

And so if congress knew then.

What congress knows now Gretchen this law would never would never passed.

And that's why we pass this repeal bill to -- to show the country.

We have one more chance we can do it in the house but we're gonna need -- Lebanese president we're gonna need -- the United States senate to do this and then we can.

Fix this mess.

-- -- something the president United States is not gonna talk about -- on the stump is his signature achievement congressman and that is passing health care because it is wildly unpopular.

By majority of people in this country.

And instead says he can't run on his record he's guy he's got to throw stuff out like the war on women and the dog stuff we -- up on the top of the car.

And now once again it's it's that class warfare thing where -- he wants to Jack up taxes on the most successful people in the country.

The small businesses the job creators even though he knows there is no chance it could pass.

Even economists from the president's own party say that this is a really bad idea for job creation.

Still he even knows that raising taxes on successful small businesses is not good for job creation yet he's pressing forward with this as you mentioned Steve.

He wants to divide the country in order to distract the country to try and win election look at what late anymore as well congressman it polls well.

And he's -- this latest -- run against Mitt Romney this outsourcing and it's already been labeled by the fact checkers as misleading and untrue and unfair.

So he's gonna divide this country he's distorting these things to try and win this election this is hardly the president we thought we are gonna get in 2008 this is not the Barack Obama 2000 -- It's really kind of sad that we're at this -- He's hoping that that voters do not read the fine print when they put out some of these headlines statements and then.

-- attractions coming you know at the bottom of the page a short time later let's talk a little bit more about this tax cut controversy because it looks like.

That the Democrats in the senate don't even want to bring up for a vote.

About a half a -- And Democrats in the senate agree with us which is these tax increases are gonna hurt jobs in the economy by the way this is for spending the president.

This is even pay for 8% of the president's proposed deficit spending.

So he's not even talking he's he's basically saying.

Let's take money from successful small businesses -- -- to Washington and spend it there that's a good idea -- we've learned that this doesn't work we had the worst.

Quarter in two years with respect -- job creation and six democratic -- six -- summer I've heard.

Democrats in the senate agree with us that's a bad idea and therefore they're not even gonna vote on it.

Now congressman do you sometimes feel like you know you went to Washington that change things get stuff done.

And now you guys are just spinning your wheels because you pass bills in your -- me yesterday to repeal obamacare he sent it over to Harry Reid.

He's got a big pile of stuff that you worries enemies not a gonna do a darn thing with it.

Haven't passed a budget in three years.

They haven't address our energy issues they haven't passed and in the bill as we've said over there but you don't see them actually pretty encouraged you line encourage we have an election coming up.

And in this election we get to the side as Americans what do we want our country to be like what kind of people who we wanna be what kind of country do -- -- -- have.

We in the house along with -- Mitt Romney have been charting that course and -- the country gets to decide.

What they want America to be in this election we can but the right people in place.

And get the right policies passed and save this country from a debt crisis save this economy.

From a tailspin that it's entering.

And we really think -- that's -- I'm really optimistic we can turn this around.

I'll be up to the voters and it's right around the corner first week in November congressman Paul Ryan always good to see you have a great weekend and tonight -- -- -- again.
