Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria -- now from the fox extreme weather center with your forecast for.

The southeast and -- will be a very hot day out across parts of the Carolina as.

And also Tennessee and Georgia take a look at some your high temperatures 95 over in the city of Charlotte and of course is going to be a humid day as well also when you add in the humidity.

It -- even hotter than with the thermometer reads 94 over in national and Montgomery Alabama expecting high temperature this afternoon.

-- 95 degrees here actually going to be hotter in Tennessee and North Carolina I think you will be across the state of Florida were expecting high temperatures widespread into the eighties.

84 in Orlando and 87 degrees will be your high temperature in the city of Miami.

As a container track Weston also northward even hotter 99 -- Willis a 101 degrees will be your -- Tulsa Oklahoma.

And 98 degrees over in the city of Little Rock in Arkansas of course is also going to be humid day as well out there are so is going to be actually a little bit on the dangerous side with those high temperatures.

Another reason -- it's actually going to be cooler in Florida than other parts of the southeast.

Is that we are -- -- seeing some showers and some storms blocking the sunshine you can already see some of that activity across coastal areas towards the Gulf Coast.

And also just offshore off the city of Miami but plan to see the scattered showers and storms throughout the day today.

And even as we head into Wednesday morning for your Wednesday morning commute so -- could have a very slow go out there.

Otherwise I Wednesday morning for the offered to north Georgia Carolina -- -- in Virginia won't be dealing with some scattered showers and storms.

Heavier activity during the afternoon hours as to get that daytime heating firing up more showers and storms.

Then my Thursday morning more of the same as -- head west I'm relatively quiet weather expected across eastern parts of Texas Oklahoma and Arkansas.

For early Thursday morning the heavier downpours will be across -- Florida Panhandle up into the Carolinas.
