Hi everyone I'm meteorologist -- only now from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the northwest and also the midwest and it's going to be another relatively warm day out.

Across parts of the northwest the exception of course the Seattle and Portland where it's just.

Very pleasant day 74 over in Seattle for -- -- this afternoon and seven.

Across the lower 48 for most of the summer -- seems as pretty much everyone has been above average including the state of California as well those cooler temperatures.

94 over -- Salt Lake City this afternoon 98 in Billings ninety for your high temperature is Spokane.

As to continue our track -- -- -- not that extreme heat.

Across parts of the plains and unfortunately today's going to be another hot one.

With triple digit heat for Nebraska Kansas a state of Missouri Iowa and even Illinois Saint Louis expecting high temperature at a 104104.

As well.

In Dodge City and we're not really expecting much of a relief.

Across parts of the central plains but that northern midwest or the upper midwest.

Is already seeing a bit of a relief from -- -- an -- expecting high temperatures.

Into the lower eighties for the city of Minneapolis 83 an International Falls in 83 -- me that's much better.

Then where we were earlier this work week otherwise satellite radar showing already some showers and storms across parts of Minnesota and the Dakotas.

And we could see some more isolated activity here and there -- specially along northern parts.

We'll see some of those downpours across parts of Chicago up into the great -- Northwest you be quiet for the starting your day on Thursday but we could see some isolated showers creep on into parts.
