And then he falls -- she falls to the ground tries to pick her up again.
Again she fights to get away she says her brother screened extraordinarily loud and the suspect fled.
The weird thing is he left his car door open so they can easily get the girl inside the car here's Philadelphia mayor Michael -- let's.
