We have all this evidence the state attorney is gonna see this usually give.

When they go to cross examine -- Zimmerman.

Now that was one of the other attorneys for trade on Martin's parents this morning on FOX & Friends and today Fox News has learned that the Florida State prosecutor.

Has entered my interview with George Zimmerman into discovery so will his sit down with me help or hurt his case -- to respond.

Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson junior the cohost of the five Kimberly Guilfoyle former prosecutor yourself.

About it's I was watching that interview and you were co hosting on FOX & Friends this morning.

Yes absolutely.

And our reaction and the email reaction and I got in response -- what we are talking about.

Is that it was an overwhelmingly positive and you congratulations on the interview at it's a great debt.

In terms of helping.

The case of -- -- I think it's a net net positive because it it depicted him is not a racist monster.

But as a person.

Of introspection.

Maybe even a person spirituality a person who is standing by his actions but understands the need.

To apologize to the family.

We also came to understand as result of this interview things we never heard in the mainstream media.

He alleges that is being suffocated that is head was being banged repeatedly.

And and that the the -- trade on Martin attempted after suffocating him to move his hand down his body.

To his -- -- firearm in order to kill him.

-- it -- that we haven't we remember them the first eye witness in the case this was the night of the shooting Kimberly frank actually said to police that in fact.

He witnessed it was -- bomb on top of George Zimmerman and described exactly.

What George said in terms of does that take in the head and beating and pounding.

We're getting a real glimpse into what the trial will be in with some of the witness test and in those specifically can have thousands of trials that go by with the defendant doesn't take the -- -- which you got there was.

You know -- Zimmerman on the stand with you asking the questions you brought up everything about what happened that night if -- ask the questions about the recipient eyewitness.

To the crime and you confronted among those deet tails and he gave the answer is not -- -- -- prosecutor ran into the courtroom to enter this into discovery into evidence.

You had an interesting theory is we were talking earlier you think this was done.

Almost for PR purposes -- that -- -- coverage is done to intimidate the defense.

In this case -- -- the defense listen you think you had it goodnight and getting your story out.

To a jury pool in telling America that your client.

Is a person of some introspection.

And not even maniacal killer well we think it's great for us but I -- Kimberly -- tell you tired of talking that early on the five.

Maybe gets into evidence maybe it doesn't given -- -- -- -- maybe testifies may be -- it it doesn't testify.

You know who knows things that fascinated me is what was picked up on verified by the media you know when he used the term -- well.

And that seemed to be isolated.

Little different covered by the way on FOX & Friends to your credit -- morning.

When he also set I pray for his parents every night.

So -- I think Peter's right in suggesting that there's an element of spirituality here.

Absolutely so I think he made it very clear that he felt that he had no other choice attacked in the way he did to save his own life which is classic self defense.

Which a jury can then find him not guilty of the crime but he regrets the ultimate outcome of the loss of a life.

So he tried to really articulate gotten -- to shed more.

Any human side that we have already seen you know repeatedly in the press in the mainstream media which is depicted him as sort of a monster and a child.

Can they tried to portray and see use that one line isolated and was a very long and -- isolated and -- And that's not what people are saying is is -- read the question and the answer that that that he gave -- I'm not so sure he understood the question that was being asked when he gave the response.

That he gave but he's not a spinmeister he's got a professional communicators.

He's obviously a person that has some values in terms of religion and so when he's talking about God's plan.

In an inarticulate way he's talking about a complex theological.

This theory that is it.

It in the Islam religion in the due date religion in the Christian religions and that's really the notion of divine -- -- -- Prominence.

And -- speaking of that of God's will.

As it where I don't think he's speaking it as a justification.

Now -- somehow that he's a cold.

Blood got -- well this is what -- this is what what that's how the media and tried to portray that aspect out of but it did it's it's certainly not compatible with I pray for them every day -- -- it and giving an interview but there are positives and getting giving an interview as well.

We learned I'm not learned is that they're focused on -- he passed a lie detector talk -- 382 or three times and the computerized voice.

Analysis so we see -- picture that we've never seen before and I think to his lawyers credit he said listen.

Headed he's gonna give me a fair shot he's gonna have some tough questions and you did and you have some tough questions that may not put him.

In a good light going forward but at the same time Americans got to see unvarnished.

A story of one man thrust into a situation how we responded and see how we respond.

Let me ask you one last question to former prosecutor.

Because the eyewitness only so -- was did not nobody saw the actual moment.

Of the shooting Bangor witnesses and we do have injuries compatible with the story that the eyewitness gave -- one of the eyewitnesses and would georgians aren't as consistently said.

How does the prosecution.

Get to.

A guilty verdict.

Second degree murder.

When you have a story that is consistent ever witnessed that cease trade on on top and hand injuries consistent with a.

-- -- -- -- it's getting very difficult -- -- what you're saying is a physical evidence and the forensic evidence corresponds with the eyewitness testimony that was given that right after the incident and with some of the statements since George -- has -- certainly the one that he gave last night -- they're gonna have to say today and the jury hey look this -- not believe it well he lacks credibility some of this could be misinterpreted he was actually the aggressor and point -- any inconsistent statements.

To impeach him is -- can't take does that enter into an unusually -- -- officer I think it can be very challenging based on what we learned and what we heard last night that interview.

I think the case got a lot better for George Zimmerman.

Freddie or the -- unanimous verdict I think more than reasonable doubt more than reasonable that was created last night and I think the only thing that none of -- -- is that all these folks.

I hate our prayers that trade on Martin's -- girls and honors and I -- Zimmerman because it's terrible tragedy had to that's what I believe it has definitely beginning -- -- -- I don't I said that one time I was actually criticized for that it could have been a terrible misunderstanding.

A mind set of -- on a mindset of Jordan Zimmermann.

You know and and and and then this confluence of events is not as bad Ivan thank you both have had a violent I.
