We get an interesting segment for you that's quite interesting you know and -- you know -- -- -- say it's I actually did attempt as a child but to know that it's actually being done to -- People around the world is is is quite -- -- Christian name is actually the key to helping the development.

Developing the world how how to how does that work joining me now is.

-- -- -- CEO and founder of crow -- kids international which.

You're gonna explain to us exactly what that's all about -- also have a website that I'm -- ten get out there a moment Stuart Ramsay is the founder of crow -- kids international.

He does have a website it's called -- shake kids die or get.

And -- essentially you've got women in developing nations like -- gunned who you guys have actually trained to crush day.

You're wearing a couple of perhaps what this is all about.

It's a great question so.

It kind of came from our story and that we knew how to crash day we had a small business where -- -- making -- where when where we are growing up in Spokane Washington.

And then when we got opportunity -- to travel and understand a little bit more about the context of party that people are living in around the globe we asked what we can do to help and.

We knew to -- today we knew that I could be an opportunity for somebody.

Meant as a posting just -- -- receiving international aid could be.

A way for them to start to pay their own past and -- -- chaired by having an income and -- supplementing about education says.

To really take steps steps forward.

So -- tell me about what you guys have brought experiences into the -- so yeah we brought a number of different paths.

That.

The -- that these are all hand made an all hand side.

By the media that actually.

So where was on her seat belt and as -- -- -- shed any gun that -- Sunday.

And you can go online and you can learn about Sunday and understand how.

You were making an impact I -- And so -- is -- that they profit and how are we giving back by buying these house.

He had -- a great question so we're a nonprofit organization.

And the unique model that we've created is that we.

Are not a nonprofit that's completely reliant upon donations we actually sustain the work that we do you do the sale of our products so.

When someone purchases there hill helping enable this cycle unemployment and empowerment.

And even going on the website -- looking up -- ladies profile they even have a chance to read thank you note to the lady and in doing so.

How the opportunity to help encourage her toward her -- Islam and you guys provide all the materials to them do you provide the designs as well.

We do we do all the designing we provide the materials.

Because we're creating a collection.

-- you -- bad of a variety of popular I hold each one up -- just yet.

Show us exactly what -- happened I love this and this looks like something that you could vita really fancy ski shop here in the united yeah absolutely anything from stripes to -- is sort of -- to that bold one which is beautiful yeah that's and this since being here in the Lilly coming out this fall.

And I not something over here that that is.

Not a hack it around town I wouldn't so you're not just -- -- snowy Branstad and doing other fashion accessories and we do bow ties and headbands for girls scarves.

We have a whole collections coming out this -- so.

Be sure to keep it out or unless lot of stuff -- for -- -- materials I would imagine that house -- Yes that we do that departed.

That of the part of what we take on ray supporting the women that we were put this provided all the necessary materials everything they would need.

To have an income and how opportunities to change it very hmmm are we talking here for these women who -- were doing masses yet their only income is -- these cursing these house.

Yes exactly and exciting part about it is that our program income that -- -- to provide enables them to save at least 25%.

Of what they make.

Toward their future endeavors as -- -- and we help educate them on how to save and budget and finance that money in a way.

That will sustain them and set them up for opportunities in the future.

Have any young people doing -- of over the Arab and how older are these women that are that are actually taking part in her shack yeah.

Good it's a great question we only work with women under eighteen in -- -- just.

To be clear that what we're about is is Newton had nothing to do.

Where that taking advantage no no -- -- this is to help and you guys are doing.

They you know pretty cool thing and it's a creative thing to no one -- -- -- -- the fire crews saying what I read this story today that.

We be talking about -- saying and how we're helping people all around the world is pretty amazing and and I think also it just once you get somebody creatively inspired him it just inspires and as a whole announcement wouldn't you agree I mean about when you when you when you talk about art.

You know this is a form of art and -- as a form of expanding somebody's mind and in giving them something to do that gives me makes them happy.

And that -- -- -- changes really isn't the greatest success story is that.

Ladies and you've done that now I like planning for the features they.

Conceive that he jazz it was like to survive.

Yeah and now people can buy these plots how to live via these -- is a couple different ways you -- do that they are sold online.

Through our website at Christian kids dot org for -- Nordstrom stores across the country sold at Nordson.

Oh my goodness now that's the that's that's the real stuff right there how do you think that all four at Nordstrom they sell between 24 and 34 dollars slop so.

Yeah that's incredible -- and in that way it's like we had hoped that people would take this opportunity to learn about how they can.

Help change lives and that it would be really a first step in and thinking about what are other ways they can.

They could be.

Making purchases that have socially conscious attachments or doing other things in their life they're giving back -- -- -- -- factory in the United States for people are making news as well or is it just in in in these other countries currently it's Justin you've gone in Peru.

We are looking to expand in the number of different countries as well.

Okay well that's incredible -- -- -- good luck to you both Fannie I love the hops and I love -- so.

I think a lot of people that are watching right now are probably thinking I gotta get out to north -- -- you're gonna go to your instruments spend some money on yourself spend money on these caps because at least you know.

I -- anytime anybody buys anything that you goes going to help a worthy cause you should buy it it's sort of like.

You know when you go to buy a -- -- for example Toms shoes it's another example of how you know that money can go to -- -- child in another country and these -- -- world of good and I would imagine with all right around the corner.

Personally I -- will get those sales uphill and help these women in need thank you so much cool Chris silliest CEO and founder Chris shake his international.

Act Crowley it's sorry -- Grayson yet on Twitter KO HL GRE YSO and we got -- my value in order to get more on this.
