The country are stepping up security after the massacre here in new York city police commissioner Ray Kelly told Fox News.

Officers are stationed at all forty theaters showing the Dark Knight rises to prevent any copycat incidents and -- just make people feel more comfortable.

And the nation's second largest theater chain AMC released a statement indicating a company.
