Continue now -- mass murder outside of Denver Colorado joining us from the mile high city Selena Jordan in nineteen year old works at Wal-Mart.

Selena was in the building when the shooting began.

And William Washington a 25 year old Internet radio producer who was also in the building.

William will begin with the -- Tell us win you became aware that a crisis was unfolding.

That kind of sparked something was wrong -- you know at first I just thought you know the speakers were too loud and then we start to see the smoke and when I started to see the smoke I knew.

Something had to be going wrong people were -- asking questions or somebody just setting up a firecracker in the theatre what's going on there was a whole lot of confusion.

And -- You know once somebody finally said he's got a gun then then we realized.

This this is a crisis something is and what did you do when you heard he's got a gun what did you do.

Well it was a gentleman who was actually on his way out he was hitting the exit once -- I guess I guess he had inhaled some of the some of the toxic smoke.

And so he came back and and just immediately goes he's got a gun.

Don't go in the lobby so everybody starts rushing for the balcony upstairs.

Was it -- out there where they're debate panic in the theater when you sit rushing did everybody a clutch to get out the exit doors.

-- people who are pretty cordial but once again once we got to the balconies because.

Both theaters eight and nine indeed into the same balcony right we started to see.

We started to meet with some of the people who were.

In the theater where the shooting was taking place so what I was seeing people a bloody faces.

-- look like a guy was missing a piece of his -- It was just something else.

All right now -- when you started to see people bleeding in injured in and knew that this was a crisis situation.

What was going through your mind.

How is then shock like it's let me.

A half hours had actually passed -- -- was going on but my friend has been when.

Pushing me like outside like make me look I was just stand and then like what's happened is I don't understand who we're watching a movie all of its.

Say did you feeling well and -- -- did you feel you were in danger Selena.

I have no no I was oblivious to everything -- -- on I had no idea.

-- is just crazy finish all right so you basically you wore trying to figure it out where's William you say you knew.

That there was violence in the air and that there would now did you know that there was one gunman two gunmen would -- information flow going around want everybody was trying to get out.

There was just a whole lot of rumors going around honestly I don't think anybody outside of who is in -- nine had a legitimate answer.

I know there were rumors going around -- once we were all outside.

It was just rumor spreading there were people saying oh it's just some firecrackers everybody's fine.

There was I remember hearing somebody saying there was a CO2 bomb.

Just a whole lot of rumors being passed or -- when you saw us.

Many believing.

You know -- almost -- heightened the the urgency of it forty.

Oh absolutely.

You know what I we knew that at least as far as.

-- nine was concerned there was -- -- admitted that where there was no question about that there was a gunman did you feel your -- who is in danger William.

I have I ducked behind my brother -- I will gladly have the man admit that on national television that I was hiding behind his shoulders aren't.
