And they're stemming -- cavaliers.

-- -- now with reaction to the shooting massacre is cycle therapist doctor -- blood flowed and the -- column mine gave our columnist -- -- -- thank you for being here.

You know with these incidents happened doctor.

And it's so senseless -- -- why what.

You know where was assigned see evidence -- symptoms silly -- are heard today that made me think that there was some evidence is when the the mother and said yeah it's it's him -- almost immediately.

It's very hard to predict who is going to be violent especially if somebody doesn't have a history of violence and this man and didn't have a history of violence.

So very often when people see signs.

There's denial we don't want -- think the people that we know are capable of this kind of violence.

But it sounds like there was some sort of break that went on -- this man.

And in his mind he became.

-- part of the movie but it's it's almost be well that's the Joker right became more joke -- And and the first night of the movie that's the most important 98 you know and who knows who the audience became in his own mind where they -- -- sympathizers -- This is a man who was trying to make himself feel powerful.

Below the level of detailed preparation is chilling and as I was listening to the police chief votes out there.

You know described you know how he had literally.

You know prepared if that fixes that basically pro war right and then of -- booby trapped department has.

It shows the level of thought and preparation that went into this -- it right and most shooters do down.

The public you don't frequently a lot of journalists use the word snack like didn't snap and that's one of the words that when we need to take out of our -- vocabulary.

Because it's almost always a gradual build up and whether it's something like a mental illness -- -- going down or -- depression building -- what -- regardless.

It's gradual and -- we don't have any great studies on -- and John Roberts school shooters which are a pretty good.

Close the Secret Service tell my woods off their body yes yes and that this -- service an exhaustive report of -- shooters for about a 25 year period.

93% of them had planned it in advance you know almost every -- it almost never spur of the moment -- what -- can we glean anything doctor from the from the fact that he didn't use social media lot is neighbors talked about he was quiet he lived alone.

Many and social media even though the pulled him -- was warning that you you know what you're reading may not be true but does not a lot so far that they were able to find on social media about.

It's so hard I mean hindsight is twenty twice in and there are people who don't use social media who are very healthy I mean I think we need to understand.

Better.

These people who.

Might be more fragile and and and get a better sense of the person who might be more inclined to be violent.

But it's very hard and we don't really know all of the answers -- yet.

I think we had to take -- really big breath.

The media has been really actually responsible today I think in in not jumping to conclusions and with column buying.

We come to all sorts of conclusions and these were -- the facts and turned out to be myths but -- still with us today and everybody has is -- take the next few days realizing as we get bits of information not not to jump to conclusions to -- you know.

It's I'm joined now by the way is the founder.

A psychologist -- psychiatry.

And the spiritual side people I mean I can.

I can put any other words except this is an evil lack of somebody.

That has absolutely no understanding.

Of human life for compassion or empathy.

You deal with this and in the ministry as well as there -- that the spiritual side of people here.

Well there's no doubt about that the spiritual component is often not one that's talked about but the realities of evil and good.

Are prevalent all through society and it.

You look at a situation like this and you realize how brief life is and you realize that the best way to combat this type of thing.

This through faith it's it's through a relationship with crises through trust -- him and has an evangelist and as a person of the faith.

I've got to believe that that's a solution for this -- Well -- and it's always important to be spiritual and and to have faith but I mean this is a person to.

Was feeling very Jack -- who was feeling angry who was feeling Ben's fault.

And was not well and obviously not living a rooted in reality and now now it it seems like he you know he became part of the -- it was first.

-- to me as some people go out there and social media and they start get a gun control debate they this they started debated and at one point talk radio and.

And so on and so forth but can't they just be people that are bad people that are disconnected from re out.

All right thank thank you all for being -- -- free.
