There's so many eyewitness accounts coming out of that Colorado movie massacre at our next guest he is a pastor and a former military man.

He tells how he helped with the chaotic scene at how he used prayer to help survivors.

Dare we dare Wilma joins us this morning from Aurora Colorado just outside the theater.

It's great to see this morning pastor thank you for being -- us.

You're welcome thank you -- -- -- we do want to hear how you helped.

Many of those involved in the shooting but first tell us what it was like describe the scene.

Well for us we didn't you know obviously see this year how it started for us as we.

You know heard.

A lot of pops.

We know now that some of the stuff was coming through the walls.

And it was a little difficult because -- we didn't see anything happening next door so we didn't order was I thought it was fireworks.

And then when the fire alarm went off and we started exiting the building.

You know something clicked with me that hey we shouldn't go out the door immediately if that was a gun.

Did somebody could dad be out there to ambushes or something and then.

You know -- some of -- stayed back and we you know just waited up a bit.

And then people who went out found out that there was a gunmen in achy back in.

And you know then we went out a different exit we saw the police coming in -- shotguns were able to get outside and then we were really saw the carnage that.

That took place and -- nine.

And and you were in theatre H of course and all this is happening we should mention that your pastor -- also a former military man as we -- of both of those locations.

Came into play afterwards in the aftermath how did you start helping people who were injured.

Wolf the first thing -- you know got out -- outside he'd take his breath back immediately I didn't make it probably twenty feet outside the theater.

And I saw much wager a woman on the ground.

You know covered in blood and that's where the military side kicks in and immediately started doing first date.

And helping her and then actually another military guy named Chad.

And -- you know him and I helped.

Get her over to the ambulance and then we started helping other people.

That we're carry people -- the -- is -- first dated.

According -- ambulances because they were further away from the building so the ambulances were near the people so we had to get the people to the ambulances.

But after that that's when the after we got the people safe you know the physical part that.

You know just getting them safe that's -- your spiritual side -- and then and there is a group of us from our church and we started praying for people and it's seeking out people that were.

You know really distraught and you know.

You know just -- prayer.

Pastor we've talked about some of the victims this morning.

Young aspiring sportscaster.

A six year old kid.

Someone who just returned from missionary work in Haiti how do you use faith not just here.

Military back from -- faith in dealing with the tragedy like this.

Well -- -- -- it you know it's a little.

You know you hear that word surreal I mean it's it's happening you don't even know the magnitude of it I mean.

-- -- hear the numbers now on it's it's just in the stories and it's just a little overwhelming.

You know deceiving here in the police scanners you guys plan.

Yesterday I broke down in tears.

Because there is -- portion and one of the cuts that you guys played I was actually standing here officers during that transaction.

And it cued up my a senses and that -- a little overwhelming even now when I.
