Well it's -- it occurs just in any number of ways -- you need different methods to try to prevent it and sometimes it occurs as a matter of it being let's say a mistake or an accident.

Other times it's clearly done with intent.

But either way every one of those not legal votes matters -- much -- my vote for your vote on Election Day and was your fear about what could happen in November.

Our job is to run elections and it comes down to honest elections if we don't have -- honest elections what's the point so that's the reason why we've paid special attention to.
