-- paid -- twelve segment tonight President Obama will be campaigning.

In the following cities this week Oakland Portland Oregon Seattle the wallets and McLean Virginia.

While president is out getting money the Associated Press reports that poverty is on track to reach its highest level since 1965.

In -- -- react from Washington Fox's house -- program.

So -- -- 15% of Americans going to be in poverty it looks like and the president is out campaigning.

Much of the time raising.

A billion dollars probably gonna get a billion to keep his job.

Something a little unsettling about that is or not.

I don't I think politics is the reality here bill -- you know that Republicans in congress who've been obstructing the president's jobs -- they're gonna be out campaigning.

Mitt Romney is in London campaigning this week.

Around -- don't have any power to do anything yet he's not Malek -- about it but you saw something and I hold on he has ideas he should have ideas long running for president and and he's hall yeah I he has anyone who do know that there is less regulation I'm gonna help for people now you you do.

-- congress wouldn't pass the jobs bill -- I wouldn't vote for the jobs bill -- far in congress and I want Americans to work.

But I don't believe that spending.

Billions of dollars on government funded programs has done any good the data says I'm right on and why would I wanna continue running up.

A sixteen trillion dollar debt with a failed program so you blithely throw this out.

Like is not Barack Obama's fault it's the -- -- in congress who aren't voting for a failed program.

Why wouldn't let anybody vote for -- -- program wanna as a work.

It's three years is that look I think that it's politically toxic everybody has bad about the but the fact is most the stimulus was tax cuts for Americans I don't think anybody's again nothing -- -- -- -- -- way well.

Hold on hold on this that it did work I don't know where you get that from built it about.

That is what many had 21 -- a month or 28 months now.

-- -- job growth now aren't bringing much and secondly -- the GDP has increased I don't know why I say it hasn't let me make this thing I gently with -- unemployed real unemployment.

Stock market down another hundred points today and whether that's offering low income.

Autry I'll we have -- whole units and how are gonna blame no limit again around yet now I gonna do.

Oh gee you know it's it's a fact but you say oh it's just blaming bush is opposed to acknowledging -- -- so wouldn't in the next well and I'll get you an enemy and America but -- just why I'm just stunned.

So I'm gonna.

Here's your his Juan Williams -- economic plan let's all blame bush and throw more money into the federal government's that they can.

Then reconstituted failed pro let's.

Yeah there are so many cities going bankrupt around this country you know why isn't that our clients shape.

And so if you want this economy to grow right now and I think that's what we all want more jobs more growth.

You have to help buck up what's going on it's they want OK and you don't -- grew up his.

Because the governments in those TV wisely spent too much money are Mary -- go ahead.

What the president is allowed to -- -- is that's fine that's what it takes hit the problem that he runs into is that his coolness factor worked for him in 2008.

Now when people are suffering and he's hanging out -- Anna wintour the famously posh.

Editor of vogue she put out of campaign video for them he's doing another event with her this week I think then he runs -- the problem where a he looks out of touch and beat.

He has trouble making the argument that -- he's out of touch which is the entirety of his campaign thus far so I think that's re runs the problems and he he is fundraising.

If you look at the stats at a our rate of almost three times the number of fundraisers that bush had done at this point in his presidency so there is a difference -- when people look at that -- look at the economy they get understandably upset about it.

-- -- -- If it's a perception deal I mean we all understand that that both candidates should raise as much money as they can -- wanna win -- everybody gets that.

But when you have such a bad economy and -- that you could spin anyway you want comments that people are are scared -- I don't know what you're -- you have the president three days this week.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday hopping around.

Basically.

Put in cash in his pocket so he can keep his job.

Don't you think the people are going you know -- maybe you do what are you a day and a half and put the other three and a half days of the week.

Into trying to turn its economy.

Its first.

Going on he's got to speak to that veterans of foreign wars right the VFW he's gonna speak to the Urban League and then he takes time.

While within those locales to raise money I don't think that he's not doing his job you just in Colorado with the victims in that people who died from the family for those who died in the shoot out I think he's doing is.

Rob I don't think I don't.

I mean I don't see why do -- -- is just coming out of the White House -- -- innovative stuff at all on the economy -- can call -- Goran what is the other thing -- like you like you noted bill that we've sent spent sent seventeen trillion dollars on the war on poverty since it began originally the plan was to be able to lift people out of party it does not feel -- people like.

We're getting there and he's out there.

Doing other things and making the pitch that that is what's gonna solve the problem war spending we're on track to spend over a trillion dollars per year.

On welfare programs -- spent two -- I believe over the last two fiscal years and people are looking at that and it's not.

Helping and then on top that you had this message well last week about a small businesses denigrating hard work and smarts and the people go what are the values here and is this -- really gonna work.
