-- new attack -- just put out by the Obama reelection team claims that this is a quote scary time to be a woman.

Thanks to the politics of Mitt Romney.

I never felt this way before and it's a scary time to be -- women Mitt Romney is just sell out of touch.

Mitt Romney opposes requiring insurance coverage for contraception.

And Romney supports overturning Roe vs.

Wade.

Joining me now Lars Larson syndicated radio talk show host and I believe we'll have your your partner in crime wasn't Marshall -- government.

Our ours us also if you on this then -- natural you as a man is it a scary time to be a woman tell us.

What -- it is a scary time in the Obama Nation -- -- amount of women unemployed -- -- -- by 700000.

Almost 800000 the last three years the economy stinks it's hurting both men and women but if we're just talking about women in this case it is a scary time because with a bad economy with bad government policies and how about this for being scary -- as a woman.

The Planned Parenthood folks who work who get a lot of their funding from the federal government are now giving women advice on how to have.

Gender selection abortions as long as we're talking about abortion in this.

So that -- young woman who's pregnant with a girl child can destroy that girl child.

With the help of Planned Parenthood and with the help of all these other government agencies because she doesn't want to have a girl I'd call that really scary not this business about.

Is the government going to help me by my birth control pills or condoms the fact is if you have a good job you can choose to buy your own birth control -- your own condoms.

That shouldn't be scary at all that this young woman is frightened because Mitt Romney has taken a pro life position.

By the way the -- also goes on to say that he opposes abortion even in cases of incest or rape and we know that's fat factually incorrect.

We've got here you've got your your -- -- now Leslie Marshall are lovely relentlessly love you and Fox's contributor -- it was it was better than when you have the two people for the debate let me that this ad is focused on reproductive rights issues they talk about how -- opposes requiring.

Requiring insurance coverage for contraception that's the president's.

You know Obama -- that requires that Romney supports overturning Roe vs.

Wade that's true he does.

Romney backed a bill that outlawed all abortion even in cases of rape and incest that's the part that pollute -- -- says.

They ran at a -- that pants on fire saying that Romney does not.

That that Romney does support exceptions for rape and incest in any abortion ban so what do you make yet.

Well first of all I don't think the -- should just focus on reproductive rights because as a woman and Lars what I was connected it was funny because -- that the that I got the web and I'm like -- large experience over the running now but.

As a love and I guess I really outcome I.

This war the war on women goes be on to reproduction and I honestly wish the ad did do that because.

It it goes toward.

Attacking health care that only women require Lars does not even if he wants to be a lot it.

Require a pap smear or cut -- cancer screening for cervical.

All ovarian uterine cancer.

Also when you talk about.

A birth control or when you're pregnant when you're talking about.

A problem prenatal care and education remember a lot of the poor communities don't have this education whether from.

-- parents certainly not from a physician.

And and then of course we talk about jobs and then of course we talk about of the domestic violence against women -- the very the act was passed.

In you know what sixteen years it was never politicized until this year so yes I do believe there is a real legislative war -- winning coming from the right embodies flight bound and Romney supports domestic violence against women -- -- -- that come from that's not what I said it Lars let get away.

That -- woman who is from Massachusetts originally.

It perplexing -- me because I am very very strong in my opinion on that issue -- most Americans are I believe.

That somebody as a governor of a blue state who wanted the boats in the water and left leaning Republicans.

And from Democrats as governor was approach ice any wakes up to be the red cape GOP candidate for president -- -- -- I'll just -- -- -- lastly -- -- -- we can both -- we can both take Romney to task for his hypocrisy but let me ask you this what about the young woman whose Catholic or whose religious -- say that buying birth control is morally reprehensible.

Yet the Obama administration says we're gonna force you to have contraceptive coverage that you find morally reprehensible.

Even if you work for an organization whose values speak out loud we don't believe in birth control or abort or are in fan abort.

Abort abort of -- I was -- trouble that word but we're gonna force you to buy it how's that for scary under the Obama administration.

I -- believe that we all have a First Amendment right to our freedom of religion even if I may think some of those practices are a bit crazy.

Bought it it and in addition.

And I I don't feel that an employee of an organization.

Should have that person's.

-- -- religious beliefs and pressed upon them so if I'm Catholic I shouldn't force you.

To practice in a Catholic manner however if what you worked for a religious.

Organ -- really able to get my original little girl is gonna get birth control it's just a question of who was gonna pay for it that the question before -- -- But -- I want to ask you this because the data according to our research shows that only three -- this is from the may 2012 Kaiser health tracking all.

Three in ten women.

Overall believed that there was a wide scale effort to women to limit.

Women's reproductive health choices and services including abortion family planning and -- on just three in ten women believe that.

But -- -- it appears that the Obama campaign believes there odds are better of convincing women given their advantage among women.

In the swing states and that's where this ad is going to run.

All -- -- it's gonna talk about this in about an hour are tight there's a breeze -- tight margin -- most of these states so could something like this have a real impact.

Well it well because the Obama administered the Obama campaign lately has been trying to pick and -- little issues in which they can win with a particular interest group so I think they're looking for that little -- -- -- point here -- the point there instead of representing the broader interest of the American public they're trying to say can we pick off some percentage points yeah they probably -- because there'll be people who say I wanna have my.

Contraceptive care provided by the government paid for by somebody else instead -- by your own choice.

I gotta run but -- today as always glad glad.

We got you hooked up -- rated talk Leslie as it sees it from you.
