I save all -- all the national controversy surrounding chick filet is still ruffling a few feathers three mayors are speaking out against the fast food chain for its public support.

-- traditional marriage but is this an assault on Christian beliefs and some have sent joining us now us Fox News religion computing.

-- -- job and worked at other good morning have risen so.

The president a chick -- has every right to express his values and consumers have every right to go there are not go -- what do you make of mayors saying not in.

Our city won't.

You would think that your year that presentation -- -- common sense and and very American but.

Have three major mayors come out and say you cannot sell your chicken because your values.

Do not correspond to my values.

As mayor or as some very powerful organizations within our city there -- values.

You know this is not -- attack against christianity first and foremost there was an introduction is is is an attack against Christian I don't think first and foremost an attack against christianity.

It's an attack against common sense.

It's an attack against American law critics say it's an attack against the constitution of the United States now.

These mayors have the right once again to speak -- it's to speak up and say we don't believe in their values maybe they're getting pressured from some people.

But they're not going to be able to think god.

Take their opinion and put that -- -- -- chick -- is gonna have every right to come into a city.

And to set up shop like you said -- if you don't like chick filet is values don't -- chicken.

Right and the mayor of Boston you know it's back -- big time on this saying I will continue to speak out against that though there is absolutely.

Nothing I can do imagine the precedent it would set father.

If the city could be restricted business strictly for their opinions on religious or political issue that's not.

The American republic that's some other place where you can do that.

If some company comes in and says the owner of a company says -- what I am totally in favor of socialism.

And then a -- conservative mayor says well we're not going to allow you to have a business in our city.

I mean can you imagine the outcry and that outcry would be justified.

No doubt and furthermore it's the president of the company who made these remarks.

And the company itself has hired gay workers we've learned also does not discriminate based on that the argument -- from the other side is that this company does.

But they're bigoted that's been the argument here but this is the representation of one individual.

Yeah absolutely if if a company was saying we're not going to hire someone based on their sexual orientation so that they can't sell chicken and our stores.

I would I would say that is wrong.

That is absolutely wrong but he's not saying that he's saying I actually believe in the biblical tradition.

That's my phone I wonder Chris Dodd I don't know I can't tell you have -- -- last year I realized I always thought this might.

In Iraq -- I get it I know you should I wish you and several quickly though inside the political -- standing up particularly include mayor Bloomberg's Sara Palin that's not Tim Pawlenty Governor Huckabee of course may have started Bloomberg said just just earlier that today or yesterday.

Well I would be illegal.

-- to keep chick -- from coming on them coming into our city that would be illegal so this is not first and foremost an attack against christianity.

It's an attack against the constitution.

Its attack against civil liberties.

-- John always agency -- -- morning -- you please go -- that is certain guys not get out of.
