But I also think it's contemptible.

My opponent.

To exploit her grief and and try to injected in in a political.

And just -- I had no involvement it's from a group that supports the lieutenant governor we just wanna be -- about that and make sure that.

We don't attribute threat -- has although.

Well although that group is run by his former chief of staff and campaign manager and it exists only to promote his campaign.

So it it -- it's not terribly independent.

And and lieutenant governor himself has been pushing this hard at this particular attack and and unfortunately Shannon looked today.

As far as the facts go I had absolutely nothing to do with the with the tragic.

Judicial corruption schemes that that is being discussed -- nothing to do with the criminal proceedings I represented the individual who built one of the facilities.

-- breach of contract civil action against an insurance company.

But that follows the pattern that my opponent has chosen to take which is he is spent now over nineteen.

Million dollars of his vast personal fortune.

In nasty false personal attacks all directed -- election.

It's not working.

We have seen conservatives all over Texas unite.

Because the stakes in our country are too high.

And people are tired.

Of the nasty cynical false character attacks and our campaign.

We have not responded in kind we have never once impugn his character.

We have kept the issue -- that the race focused on the issues and focused on his record in my record and that's -- Texans want and deserve.

Haven't had the votes are to ask you about some really big endorsements that have come your way throughout this -- primary runoff which the vote is Tuesday.

Sarah Palin Rick Santorum senator Jim dement.

Very conservative folks out there.

A your opponent has said he doesn't think it's right for big names from out of state to come here and help Texans how to vote essentially referring to Texas.

Do you think -- endorsements will be a plus or minus for you.

There an incredible benefit and I'll tell you we have seen conservatives all over Texas and all over the country unite behind this race this race is ground zero.

In the national battle between the moderate establishment desperately clinging to power and the conservative tidal wave sweeping the country.

We've seen just about every major conservative leader in Texas endorse this campaign from Kelly Shackelford Kathy Adams -- been able to David Barton.

And just about every major news leader nationally.

In fact we have seen.

Over 33000.

Individuals go online to -- cruise dot org and contribute online for -- over a thousand Texas cities.

And all fifty states.

You know the irony of my opponents attack on this.

Is that our campaign the foundation of the campaign has been the grassroots all across Texas.

We had thousands and thousands come out just a few days ago for a rally outside of Houston.

With governor Sarah -- We have been supported by.

Thousands of Tea Party leaders and Republican women in grassroots activists he supported by just about every lobbyist in Austin in DC are and its critics are too high.

We we got -- that airport tight on time we thank you so much for your time it is easily one of the most interesting races out there will be watching on Tuesday thank you.
