Should all right back to politics now calls it is not just state presidential election we have this -- elections across the country one of them.

On the eastern tip of -- Long Island here in the State of New York.

A Republican candidate that eyes -- Al -- joining us in the studio now good to see you sir thank you thank them being here you've been very patient.

To get into America's election headquarters.

You're running against encumbered Democrat that Tim Bishop and throw -- -- should point out that we reached out to.

Our representative bishop and -- -- him to come -- and chat with us as well and we have not back.

At this point but the invitation obviously is open at any time why.

Should view.

Randy -- -- replace.

The incumbent.

Well since -- -- has been our congressman we've lost over 30000 jobs -- on islands.

And young people which is so important to our economy 25 to 34 year olds 12% of them have -- Long Island.

And what his condition dim he blames the Republicans he talks that -- horrible they are and tells us how hard he's working.

How much how much influence though does a congressman really have on the jobs market is that something that comes down to.

National economic policy candidate you all he really do anything to change the jobs market on Long Island we might come from the business sector -- spent my whole life and business so this will be the first time I hold elective office and I will tell you.

National government can have a huge impact.

He and I put for the ten points out planet -- 2012 dot com and we talk about ways we can help businesses and the private sector was critically eastern Long Island.

And across this country small businesses are the key.

And they're getting -- Everything from Obama care all these other mandates too high taxes and intrusive government that's trying to stop business from flourishing.

Instead of helping it so yes so what -- but where does that -- his congressman bishop failed in that sense what does he not done that he should have done specifically well look he's an apple I have a President Obama and Nancy Pelosi and he votes whether or not it's cap and trade.

It's the Affordable Care Act which I think it's funny it would call that the Affordable Care Act -- And lots of other government mandates he's for higher taxes.

Issue after issue he's voted on things that make it harder.

For small businesses and Long Island and that's why we've been losing so many jobs so what would you use specifically do -- annual ten point plan.

So -- ten point plan is a combination of reducing taxes giving incentives for businesses to hire veterans.

It's that reducing government regulation it's unnecessary.

It's about a comprehensive energy policy for United States.

-- national security issue.

But we can help bring back manufacturing in the United -- if we can take control of our own energy.

And also create.

Hundreds of thousands of jobs across this country so get real get the -- a business guy I don't believe in in generalities I believe in getting in the details -- twelve pages.

Point by point to talk exactly how we'll get there it never easy taking on an incumbent how are you looking right -- what we're looking great night I ran in 2010 I lost the closest race in the country I was ahead by 400 votes.

After Election Day I went down to watch than the freshman orientation.

And then we had the absentee ballots.

And those things never end up where -- for Republicans it's unfortunately we got ended up in the courts and -- lost -- the last race to be signed December.

So I've learned a lot I learned about how tough you have to be and it's a lot different in politics and so you know I hope Mitt Romney -- strongly supporting.

As a businessman.

And American I hope he also fights back we've got to fight back against the lies and distortions.

And point out.

That President Obama.

And Tim Bishop say one thing they do something very different all right.

Randy Al Shuler Republican candidate for New York's first district I guess -- is -- there which is eastern Long Island taking on the incumbent.

Democratic representative.

Tim Bishop flew once again we -- if he would like to -- chat with us -- and we have not heard back yet.

-- -- great to have you here thank you some -- an interesting race we will watch it would interest please come back thank you.
